Not sure if the attendant is new but he didn’t want explain to me about the process he just fast talked about how much it was going to be and if they didn’t fix the problem I wouldn’t get any credit or whatever he was talking about . Didn’t call me when the car was done to explain what needed to be done. Very rude will never go back and have lived here for 60 years. Not the first to complain.
