As life gets crazy could not get back to her for about 6 weeks she did keep in touch but not obnoxiously and when I could finally call she set an appointment for me that Saturday. I went and met with Andrew and we went over a few options I was interested in. Although the 2023 was very sporty the 2.99% interest was very attractive and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 2025 Ridgeline. When my wife arrived, the salesperson was already waiting for her with a vehicle ready for her to drive. A 5-star rating means perfection with zero issues. The process was very quick with a 28 hour turnaround from vehicle arrival to departure. Wow!The home runs....1. No pressure sales! Andrew Bailey, my sales consultant, was professional, courteous, and friendly! I had already expressed interest in a specific car through Car Gurus. My information was in their system. The car was in transit from Colorado. It was a lease return.2. Take my time solo test drives.3. Miracle workers in the cleaning department. (see the before and after photos)4. Giving me a ride to the dealership for delivery.5. Fair market pricing.What could have been better......1. Oil life was not reset. I just did it myself today.2. It is a Certified Pre-owned Honda. Please give me a CPO package to take home and show me what was inspected and the results. Please provide a detailed list of all the maintenance performed for my records. I called once I was home and have asked for a maintenance document to be e-mailed.3. I was told that the CPO warranty for non-powertrain items is 1 year. The QR code given to me sends me to the October 2024 CPO booklet which states that my warranty is for two years or up to 100K miles. Thanks Mike!I have an example image of my last purchase experience at Colonial VW in MA. I bought a CPO 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagen in March of 2020 and received a nice package on the CPO coverage and a three page printout inspection report. ( See photo).Update 6/4/25My sales consultant, Andrew, confirmed that my Honda CPO warranty provides two years non-powertrain coverage in addition to 7 years powertrain coverage. That is great!
