Comment : I went to get a new key for my truck I called and spoke to service and parts I received estimate on the phone I drove down and was told I have to make an appointment so I did a week later I received a written quote and although it was about 70.00 higher I agreed so I leave go back at my scheduled appointment sign paperwork I go wait in the waiting room service adviser comes out about 15-20 min later tells me they don?t have a key fob but can get one in about 2 hrs can I wait or do I want to come back another day one would think they were prepared for this as I had to leave because of a personal matter I had this place is so unprofessional and not about customer service now I remember why I didn?t buy a truck there when I was looking for one

Comment : First time customers to Dover Chevrolet but if their continued support is equal to their sales I believe it will be a great relationship.
The people here were great, they were not overly pushy, allowing my husband and I time to make a decision, which is a huge green flag for us!
Becouse of the attention and time spent with us, we did purchase a great vehicle from them.
