Comment : Overall poor experience. Non-negotiating, gmc multi point check (failed), purchased 2021 Yukon Denali and less than week later brought to another GMC dealer who found points not fixed during the check. Dover Set us up with another fob and said they would come to our house-wrong again they would not we have to drive over an hour to meet them at the dealer. They come off like they are Great but once you peel back the layers not so much!

Comment : My sales person made promises the dealership could not keep. Found out he was let go due to borrowing vehicles of the lot.
Stopped by to say hi to Anton, the finance manger. Sales person told me it is his day off (he quit month ago).
Service team messed up my recall which left it unresponsive in my driveway. Had to make all the arrangements for towing myself.
Service team did not give me correct information several times.
When my brake lights started acting up, I was told "it sure is an adjustment".
Now my car is dead again in my driveway.
This is my fourth Chevy, stuff can happen, but Service ar Dover Chevrolet is poor.

Comment : The technicians are some of the best in the area. They are keeping my Trailblazer good as new. Friendly and informative service department. Sales guys aren't too pushy, at all. They work hard to prove that "dealerships are bad" stigma. A+

Over the years since I bought my car from you folks, I have received nothing but excellent service. I hope I have made this clear in the past but, just in case, I can't thank you all enough.
