Comment : Horrible experience! They messed up my reservation and told me that they did not book me after I handed over my car and waited for one hour in their waiting room. I showed them the phone number that they called me. Then, they said they do not have not enough people to work on my car and asked me to reschedule my appointment.

Comment : I?m not one to write 1 star reviews. I tend to just leave it alone but this dealership just baits and switches. They put a 3rd party trade in appraisal on their website and call it an instant offer and when you go in they low ball you. I know the instant number never is perfectly accurate but when you are shocked at that and want to leave you can?t due to the fact they separated the fob from your keys so you can?t just get up and leave. Go to Hilltop Chevrolet you won?t be low balled and get a WAY better deal. Thanks for wasting hours of my time that day.

Comment : To be quite frank, the salesman seemed a little rushed, trying to juggle too many things at once and I had to do my own research as far as some of the features of the vehicle. I was also not very happy with the choices of colors available at this dealership, they only had two in stock, so I wasnt able to see what the other options were. Wish I had the chance to see the red and blue models as I saw them later on the roads and would have chosen one of them.

Comment : We have bought several vehicles from Dover Chevrolet and Kyle Fales is great from start to finish with every deal. We tell him what we want and he finds it and makes it happen. Everything is ready when we arrive and paperwork is signed and we are on our way! I have nothing but good to say about both Dover Chevrolet and Kyle Fales!

Comment : Had a car sent to be repaired and here's what I got back not ok at all

After positing this i received a call at 8 am they wanted to fix there mistakes at least but Bob was quite arrogant I know he didn't do the replacements but the people who did had no problem damaging what was supposed to replaced look at photos
