Comment : got some rear end collision damage repaired here. process/timeline was clearly communicated up front, including their backlog (others in the area were backlogged, too). work was completed timely. they dealt with the insurance company. car definitely came back nicer than it was before the accident. communication about upkeep and warranty was clear.

Comment : I ended up having to use Don Kuhn Auto Body when I wrecked my VW into my driveway wall. Honestly the work they did with my car and fixing it was outstanding. They also made everything so easy with my insurance and rental car. Having the car fixed did take time and was not done in a week. But it was due to the complexity of what needed fixed and quality of work. One of the best customer experience I have had in along time with a stressful situation. Highly recommend! I plan to go back if I ever need too.

Comment : These guys are crooks. After being towed to their yard after an accident they tried to unlawfully make me pay the towing fee before giving me access to my belongings inside my vehicle. Luckily, I didn't take their bullshit and got my stuff anyway. Sadly, this review is my only recourse for a company that tries to take advantage of their customers.
