Comment : Friendly and honest service staff. I brought my car in after replacing some front end components that would require an alignment. Also, I was planning on having toyota techs replace my outer tie rod ends. However, tech checked them and said they were tight with no reason to replace them I got my alignment and saved some money and was pleased with the service.

Comment : Great at false advertisement....If you are going market adjust a vehicle and charge 5k over msrp the least you could do is be honest on your website so people don't waste their time calling you. Sad thing is the only reason why there is a demand for this vehicle is because your own company screwed up and had a stop sale last fall.

Comment : They will lie straight to your face and make things more difficult than needed to fix an issue. After being called on it. Service Manager will call and say they don't lie and will fix information. Another service person before that said info won't be able to get fixed unless I come in. So the second lie within the month was either the service manager or writer lied.

Comment : I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Kent in April 2025 and had a good experience. I requested prices from several dealerships in northeast OH, and Tiffany Lucas at Toyota of Kent gave me the best price and handled all the correspondence: she was great! Tiffany handed it off to Mike Miller for us to deal with in person when we picked it up. Mike is very chill; I liked him a lot. They took my old car as a trade (I suggest doing your homework ahead of time so you know what your trade-in is worth). I declined the extra warranties with the finance person, and there wasn’t pressure on that, although they did not have a decline box on the original form. All in all it was a good experience, and I highly recommend dealing with Tiffany Lucas and Mike Miller at Toyota of Kent.
