Comment : I used to really like their service but the last two times (a year apart) I called about getting my car serviced. The guy who answered the phone ( I think he said his name was Elijah) couldn't give me any answer so he took my phone nbr and said he would call me back "ASAP". My time is valuable too but I waited and waited. By the next day I never got a call back. This happened on two occasions. So I cannot give any more than the 2 stars. Very disappointed. Ever since David left the shop the service has really been a let down. Sad to say I cannot go back there because I feel like they really don't care anymore. The two stars are for just answering the phone- on both occasions, a year apart. I should have realized this places was starting to be a disappointment when I had brought my other car in for repair and after picking it up and driving it home it overheated because no one put liquids in it....which was part of the repair. Never again.

Comment : I paid over $1,300 for repairs, and immediately after getting my car back, it began leaking oil and smoking. I had to have it towed back to the shop right away.
The shop kept my vehicle for several days with little to no communication unless I called them myself. When I asked for assistance getting my vehicle returned since it was their repair issue, they refused and offered no alternative solution.
While they stated the repairs were completed, I was not given a clear explanation of what caused the issue or reassurance that it was properly resolved. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, especially being without my only vehicle.
I would not recommend based on my experience.

Comment : Honestly this is why its a 2/5, they get two stars because they did fix my vehicle, but as far as that this auto mechanic Shop needs a lot of work the fact that I was put on hold constantly and forgot about truly reflects on the company. The fact that I kept getting run around dates and a job that was supposed to take one week turned into four weeks This mechanic shop needs help truly yes they completed my car, but I don’t recommend anybody go here that’s in need of their car to be fixed fast if you have time to wait go ahead, What gets me the most mad is the fact that they lacked telling me that the part they needed was gonna take another additional week to come? I had to call and figure that out for myself. There was no sense of communication whatsoever On their end, I was the always the one reaching out

Comment : First time using their auto repair service. I had taken my truck to another shop that said it was my alternator making the noise, however, he said he really wasn't sure. My neighbor works for DJ'S , so i asked if he could look at my truck. Almost immediately he told me it's an exhaust leak and showed me the evidence. They know their stuff, so I had them do the repair. I am supremely satisfied with the outcome and they are very nice people.

Comment : Owning Land Rover Range Rover can be very hard to find good mechanics that can do a good job and not overcharge you. DJ?s auto repair was just that! I will definitely recommend them. I will be using them for any other repair work I may have. Great Job!
