Comment : This is the second time that I?ve taken my Mini Countryman S to Dixon?s; even with competitors offering free services, I did NOT go wrong with my decision! Mr. Randy and Crew took their time and went over my Mini ?Ghost? from bumper to bumper! I will be honest, because it?s a Mini I just KNEW I may have to sell my beloved Yorkie-Poo and get another job! Mr Randy called and asked me what was my concerns with my car, that I wanted/needed them to address? I told him that anything small that could lead to something big?? After that, they found that an oil change that I paid for, was not performed and what Dixon?s had diagnosed my Mini with on the previous visit that ?should be addressed soon? Is exactly what should to be repaired now! After everything was said and done, I still have my Yorkie Poo and my Mini Countryman S?? Mr. Randy, Crew and final price were everything that I needed to go back!! THANK YOU ALL??
