Comment : We were on vacation in Ocean City and our GLS450 began to have problems starting as a result of a dying battery. We also had been experiencing air suspension issues during our drive to OC that finally got very bad once we arrived. They were able to take us on short notice, find the parts, and perform the repairs before we left at the end of the week. We are very appreciative of them working so quickly to find a solution for us so we could drive the vehicle 8 hours home safely.

Comment : If I could leave zero stars I would. Had previous work done on my Mercedes E-Class they did a good job. Took my car back later the next year for a battery, oil change and to rest set my radio seats and other things! They charged 3000.00 and some change for 2 batteries and an oil change never looked at the other things had to take it to Mercedes Benz’s to get that done more money! While me and my son questioning Joel he gets frustrated starts cussing and walks out, then comes the nasty attitude Beth hollering and screaming! The both put us out and called the cops we weren’t wrong for wanting to know how that cost $3000.00 the labor was only $164.00 how does a oil change and two batteries cost this much the couldn’t answer. Next day car wouldn’t start had to be towed to MB to get it right! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THEY CAN BE NASTY JOEL AND BETH ARE TWO IN THE SAME. THEY CALLED THE COPS BUT THEY AGREED WITH US BUT COULDN'T DO ANYTHING! MADE ME ASK ON THE WAY OUT IS IT BECAUSE IM BLACK???? Because that is how it felt! I’ve been there before and the way Beth talks to customers is unbelieveable. Joel surprised me because he was usually so nice! THEY CAN NEVER TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN! They forget MY God sits high and looks low…hope you will have a good answer! BEWARE PEOPLE THEY ARE NASTY!!!!!!!
