Comment : I chose this place because I know that it used to be affiliated with Bruce Brothers. Bruce Brothers was a business that my family did business with since I was a child. It's clearly not the same company. That's probably why they removed their name.. I purchased two new tires to be placed on the front. The mechanic obviously knew that because he said on my voicemail before he put the tires on that he was going to be putting them on the front.. I only have one bad tire. However, I wanted it even wear so that's why I got 2. Unbeknownst to me I thought that my other tire was in the trunk. Because as I said I only had one bad tire that was a blowout.. however, when I got home I noticed that the two new tires were on the back I understand that's what they usually do. However the mechanic knew that they should go on the front. Then I also noticed that my second tire was nowhere to be found. That I was also charged a disposal fee for a perfectly good tire!! Then, I know this is a trick that some shops do to get you to come back. Maybe because I'm a female. I don't know what reason they have for putting the two front tires at 29 PSI and the two back tires at 40 PSI? Most homes don't have an air compressor. However, I do. I was pissed to say the least... It clearly says in every vehicle when you open the driver door what the PSI should be on the tires for that vehicle... Not to mention in the receipt it says the recommended PSI for those tires is 37... But for some unknown reason they had the wrong PSI in all of the tires... I will not be returning. Except to pick up my perfectly fine tire that they took.

Comment : Super quick, awesome service. Found a nail in my tire, patched it, and fixed the valve stem (for free!) within an hour. Walked up the road for lunch and it flew right by!

Comment : Cheaper price than the Tesla dealership. Got my special order tires the next day, they stayed late to put them on. Very fast service. Highly recommend these guys!

Comment : I don't know what these guys did to my car but ever since I brought it there it wobbles on the road esp at speed. It drove perfectly fine and smoothly before this. It feels like my car is being blown all over the road as if it's in high winds.

I got four new tires. Waited a little over an hour for them to put them on. Had a long drive the next day where i'm wobbling on the highway and they tell me to come back. They say it's probably a balance issue.

I come back and wait another hour for them to rebalance the tires. I asked what the problem was when they were just about to send me on my way without telling me. The guy said two of the tires were a little off balance, but that everything should be good now. It is not.

The problem is still there. I don't have the time or money to keep coming back to this place especially if they're not going to fix the problem and they don't know what they did. So I guess I'll be wasting more money asking an actual mechanic for help.

Edit: i clicked that link and all it did was take my email and phone. I also had to spend days and file a bbb claim to get DT as a franchise to stop spamming me daily when I set my appointment. I know that's not this individual store, but I also hope that me filling out the form won't restart this same saga with spam.

Also ftr everyone working was very nice and polite. Unfortunately that doesn't solve the problem with the work done. They seemed rushed as well because they also didn't put the air valve cap think back on the guest time.

Comment : Got my winter tires installed here. Took about an hour and a half which is standard. They were all super courteous and kept thanking us for waiting patiently. They did upsell me on some things but they were needed (nuts and bolts on my tires were corroded and new wiper blades) so I was not irritated. Price was reasonable and they had a large seating area. Will return for sure. 🙂
