Comment : When I called Discount tires and told them of the lowest price that I had received for the tires that I wanted Discount Tires beat the price by $10 a tire. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. I watched Ian the tech. change out the tires and he did a great job. After the tires were put on, they did an alignment on the vehicle and when finished the Tech. explained everything in great detail of what he did to the vehicle. With the Discount Tire credit card, I have several months to pay on the tires with zero interest. It was a good experience from start to finish. They did a great job and were the lowest price of the several estimates I had received. I thank Jude and the whole staff that worked with me that day.

Comment : Absolute best service. I brought my car to have my tires switched out for the season and the car decided not to start before they could pull the car in the bay. They helped me get my car back to starting after we had been trying to figure out what was wrong for over an hour. Without getting frustrated or agitated that this was happening, they helped and then completed the service for me. 10/10 for the girlypops who know nothing about their cars (but maybe just for tires being they are a tire store). Thank you so much Jude and Matt. Management please recognize their outstanding customer service!!!
