Comment : Excellent and timely service. I drove 1.5 hours because this is the closest location. I have 35” tires in my truck and it can be hassle finding shops that can balance them appropriately. The team here did a great job all around.

Comment : Dropped a trailer tire off for a patch after calling in the day before and speaking to their representative to verify they could indeed help. The tire held air for 3 to 4 days and i didn't want to worry about a small leak anymore. We receive a call saying the tire is hazardous and it's illegal for them to patch it, they will not put it back on the rim so I can just fix it myself and they want to just sell me a tire, great sales pitch from the assistant manager Mike. It seems as if they get you there and try to get you to a point where you have no options but to buy new. I had to pick up my rim and tire that was separated so I cant do anything myself. Good job guys, good job.

Comment : Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable/skillful. I've had 2 cars that needed new tires (1 was a specialty order for a low profile tire the other was a standard tire set for a SUV). My usual dealership couldn't do the low profile tires since they didn't have the equipment for it. I also had an issue with the tire pressure sensors not working after the new tires were installed (no fault of the technician replacing them; just a technology problem). I had to take it back to Discount Tire to get it to work, and they kept trouble shooting and did everything they needed to fix it. For the SUV, they had the tires in stock and get me in the same day. Excellent service!

Comment : Making appointments online is easy. However, once you have to deal with the people at the service desk, it’s total chaos! They desperately need 1 person to strictly take all phone calls and nothing else. The guys at the desk are having to wait on people and take calls and work on the computer at the same time and it quickly backs up the line of people and turns these visits into a very bad experience. I’ve been here 3 times and the same thing every time. This seems like an easy fix but they apparently don’t care.
