Comment : I went here last Wednesday to get new tires, as i popped a tire because i hit a pothole the night prior. Everything was good until the next day when i seen that my PSI was extremely low in one single tire, and me thinking it might just be the cold weather, i fill it up before i go into work and then a couple hours later i go out and get in my car, the PSI has now dropped to 10 again, and no gas station air would fill it up back to 30. So i take it back up to discount tire, and talk to Juan, expressing that id really like for him to inspect the tire and see if theres possibly a leak or something in my tire. I get told its just because of the cold weather, and that theyd put air in it for me but that was it. later that day, my PSI is still dropping hour by hour, even after they put air in it. Turns out there was a piece of metal in it, that Juan missed because he didnt inspect my tires at all even though i asked him to. i had to end up getting this brand new tire plugged and now its my third day in less than a week coming up here. Today, i go in and i ask for a manager and the boy looked at me like i had 4 heads. he sends over Juan, who didn't inspect my tire yesterday, as my tire couldve went flat because of this piece of metal, or even popped on the highway while i was driving. im at this point really fed up with dealing with this, and just asked for a replacement tire since these were brand new tires. Juan tries to tell me that they couldn't get me a new tire because of their "Policy". the only guy at this place that was actually helpful towards me was Kris, who explained to me that they will be getting me a new tire, and that he apologized about this situation. He told me i shouldve came here to get it inspected, even though i tried too, and basically got turned away. dont come here alone as a young female, unless you want to either get scammed or be put in danger because they refuse to check your tire that was leaking air from a defected tire.

Comment : I made an appointment for 3pm. All walkins were welcome regardless of my appointment. My vehicle wasn't serviced until after 4, over an hour past my scheduled appointment. I kept the tires that were on the vehicle before the winter tire install. The employee couldn't not figure out how to credit me the tire disposal charge. After my car was serviced it was very dirty on the inside. The tech handed me my key which was covered in dirt. My steering wheel, door panel, and seats were covered in dirt. I asked the front desk person to look at it and have it wiped down. It's a brand new car. I understand changing a tire is a dirty process, but it's very unprofessional to not protect the customers vehicle. The vehicle had 1500 miles on it and is spotless. When I showed the associate my interior he gestures towards his own clothes which were dirty and chuckled after I asked to have it wiped out. Definitely will not be returning.

Comment : Booked online for tire repair. Staff helped me from second I entered store. Diagnosed my issue and vehicle was in bay getting tire issue resolved. While there, I decided to get 2 tires replaced. They had tires I wanted in stock and cheaper than the last time I was there in November. Excellent service and out the door in under an hour.

Comment : Eric and Jose are super polite. They were rather busy with phones ringing off the hook and people pouring in, but they managed to help service everyone at a good pace while remaining polite and informative. Was there for about 2 hours and my car feels fantastic!

Comment : They were fantastic! Absolute pros - even right before the recent snow storm. The wait was very long, but I hadn't ma an appt online and it was understandably packed. The service was perfect. Eric was astounding at handling a credit card issue.
