Comment : There were a few events trying to identify my transmission issues. Their mechanic kept the assistant informed and they relayed to me in a timely manner what my options were. Dealing with repairs on an expensive transmission can be stressful but their experience to get the job done gave me confidence that it was being done correctly.

Comment : The work on my cars has always been very good. The only issue that bothers me is that I am always told that I will be informed when the problem is identified or final work is done. But, almost always I have to call them to get updates, and the response I get is, "I was just going to call you". They need to improve how they communicate the work status with their customers.

Comment : First time trying their service, set an appointment, got both email and text confirmation. I got to the place and lady said we are fully booked. No apologies given. That would’ve been nice if I got a call in advanced that they double booked me. I made plans around this appointment. If setting up an appointment is this bad, I don’t want to know how bad the rest of the services they offer.
