Comment : Mr Jeremy had a shop in Jonesboro that was very good for just about anything. I trusted their workmanship because of AAA credentials. The shop abruptly closed down and a few years later, he opened anothershop in Truman. I paid this man over 3k in cashiers check and cash in advance to repair my son antique chevy, and after 7 months I had to call to find out it was ready. The car broke down on his way to college only 70+ miles away from home. I thought he was fair. Been a AAA member over 28 years and I can't believe that they do business with dishonest people like that. My suggestion is pay with a credit card because it's hard to file a complaint with AAA. Comment : Never bringing my car here again. I needed my whole engine replaced n when they did the job there was problem after problem taking my money. The first time I got it back it constantly miss fired, n my radiator blew up, n they chopped up all my wiring to my music n didn't re wire it when I first got it back, the second time I got it back my radiator fans had to be replaced, the computer went bad all a sudden. After I got it back again I have no power steering and miss firing still. After I got it again there was a dent in my fender and the car had a check engine light still after 3 months of them working on it. They won't compensate for the dent claiming they didn't do it. It looks like somebody tried to fix it as well since the wheel arc lining is opened under the dent. All I needed was a new engine due to bad apex seals n they completely butchered the job. After I got the car each time quang said it's ready n road tested to be safe n every time I left the shop I got stranded. After I paid he would tell me a date it would be ready n by that date it was still a mess or needed more time. He would charge me more n more money to fix when it should have been done under warranty. I've been carless in the meantime n i desperately needed it for work n he knew that n took advantage of my situation.

Comment : We had car trouble on the way to Memphis and ended up stopping here because it was the closest place. They worked us in and got it fixed quickly. Wonderful people, great service!
