He quickly assessed the damage to my vehicle and even though I didn't have an appointment, he made time to write me up an estimate on the spot and explained all the details about how the insurance claim works. Comment : The work done to the car looks good and the car looks as it should after repair.However this review is based off customer service and timeline of work. We dropped our vehicle off on January 28th which was roughly 2 to 3 weeks after our initial inspection and where we were told that all the visually damaged parts would be ordered and on hand for the drop off date this was completely and utterly untrue as nothing was on hand until roughly 4 days after the drop off date we would have continued to drive our vehicle until the visually damaged parts were on hand as promised to save us on the rental. Then they had internal staffing issues which they said caused the delay as well pushing us about 1.5 weeks out past our estimated February 12th completion date. This resulted in double on the rental fees. We asked key collision to cover the differences in rental as their staffing issues are solely their problem and not ours at all however they refused any sort of compensation towards the rental fees.They also proceeded to install our new headlight fixture with 1 of the 2 LED bulbs from the original housing which were both working and stated they did not realize the fixture took a separate high and low beam which was clear as day looking at the housing. They state they do a full final run through and check everything yet this is clearly a lie as the 2 different color bulbs on the driver side would have been a dead giveaway that they forgot something. This was something I had to then take a 30 min trip out of my way to pick up our LED bulb they left in the broken housing and install myself.The vehicle may of have turned out good in the end but failure to meet timelines or even come close to the timeline shows this shop loves to over promise and under deliver.The work done to the car looks good and the car looks as it should after repair.
