Comment : Been going to Dillards for several years and they have always been outstanding. Their estimates are fair, the work is great and they stand by it. I bring my custom Saleen mustang here, my pickup, the Mercedes van, and many of my project cars. Kenny always is great to work with and Ron, Dale and the other mechanics are top notch. This establishment is the only mechanic that I recommend in the area.

Comment : Brake pad on my old truck had broken and fell out on my driveway. I called Dillard's and they had a quote immediately and made an appointment for me for the next day. Excellent service.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Honesty is difficult in car maintenance it seems, but these guys were honest and up front about the issues my vehicle faced. They recommended that I take the vehicle elsewhere because it’s older and they don’t deal major transmission issues.

I called the day before to ask if I could drop my jeep off during my lunch break and just pick it up after work (I work just up the road). They are always packed at all hours throughout the day when I drive by to go to work so a lot of people must agree how great they are! I can’t explain it but they just seem different than all the other car places I’ve been to.
