Comment : Diagnostics and customer service!My son was traveling through Luisianna and blew his transmission on his 2011 Chevrolet.Kenny and the team had the transmission replaced with an OEM transmission in just a few days and at a great price!Cut to 2 months later the OEM transmission went out. Kenny said that it would be covered under any dealership. We took it to Carlsbad Chevrolet in Carlsbad, NM.Carlsbad Chevrolet sat on a he vehicle for 2 months and didn???t even begin the diagnostic process! Dillard???s Mechanical Specialists requested I bring the vehicle to them.I have to wed the vehicle from Carlsbad, NM to Richmond, TX (625 miles)! Kenny and the team at Dillard???s had the repair completed (under warranty services) in less than a week! The team communicated through out the process!I value their services so much!
