Comment : The purchasing side is great, but do NOT get the warranty. Their service side is abysmal. After the sale is made, they’re done. My mom has been waiting 3 weeks for bumper clips? I saw another couple who had the warranty and have been waiting 3 months for their car, which suffered a blown engine.

There is absolutely no communication between the shops and dealers. I’m not sure how their Google rating is so high - I’m guessing because people review after purchase and haven’t had to contact the dealer for service. Get it together; these are big investments and people need clear communication and the level of service sold to them with warranties.

Comment : Paul, Aaron and the crew in service always take great care of me! They even sent me a link to check out remotely and brought the car back to my work(right up the street). Great service as always!!
