Comment : This was our first time dealing with Diehl. We took our Tacoma in for deer damage and they did a great job getting us right in to fix it. Our only issue was the girl at the front desk. We ended up having to bring our truck back to get the door looked at, my husband had previously spoke to the girl and she told him to bring our truck back when it was convenient to us. We don?t live in Washington so it isn?t always easy for us to get there due to work and other appointments. When I was finally able to make it there. The girl at the front desk was very rude saying we were supposed to come weeks ago and that everyone was on lunch. Mind you my husband and I were under the impression to bring the truck back when we could, seeing?s how it was an issue they forgot to take care of when we had our truck there the first time. The girl then asked if I could come back later, when I told her no she then gave me attitude and again told me everyone was on lunch. I apologized saying I didn?t realize since it was after 1pm. She went back to see if anyone could help me, then came out and told me it was going to be 10 mins since again everyone was on lunch. I said ok I?ll wait in my truck because I was not about to sit in there with her. Within 2 minutes, 2 guys came out, knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed it in SECONDS. The men were so kind and apologetic that I had to come back since they forgot to fix the door before the truck left. The fact that the front desk girl wanted to me come back when it took seconds to fix was just ridiculous. I think she just needs to be a little nicer to customers especially when she is the one who told us to come when it was convenient to us. I did apologize for coming during their lunch because I didn?t know but it was also the only time I was in Washington. If we do end up dealing with Diehl again, I hope we have a better experience with the front desk since we did have a good experience other than that. Thank you to the body shop guys who were nice and took great care of our truck.

Comment : I took my 2024 Ford Bronco Sport to Diehl Collision of Washington after I scraped the passenger side on a stone wall, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The manager, Kody, gave me an accurate and comprehensive estimate as to the cost and timeline for repairs. I also needed a rental car, which was conveniently available through Diehl. I appreciated their attention to detail and their frequent updates about the progress of the repair on my vehicle. They also took great care to ensure the interior of my vehicle stayed clean. My car looks as good as new!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend Diehl Collision of Washington for any body work or repairs. They are wonderful!!
