Comment : Real people that listen to you, I had a issue with my 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn that any experienced mechanic would say that can be happening with the year and 6780 mile on it. Mark the service manager and Ben the shop foreman listen to me and investigated the problem. The results were a warranty repair that would take 12 hours of labor and parts. The mechanic (Jaryl) did an excellent job. He removed the entire dash and center console with no damage and no dirty paw prints anywhere. I would recommend Diehl in Moon Twp. for your automotive service department. Finally a group of people that listen to you and go the extra mile to make sure your taken care of. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy.

Comment : At the end of November, I purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, with only 42,000 miles on it, from this dealership. A month later, the entire powertrain failed and the transmission in the car needed to be replaced. This was after this dealership claimed to have inspected the car. Please, take this as a lesson--if you plan on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, look elsewhere, to be safe and secure in your purchasing decision. If you do decide to move forward with a purchase from here, make sure to get your vehicle inspected by a third party. This is not a trustworthy place to purchase a vehicle. Take my experience as an example. I am only here to help, and share my story, so that no one else ends up in this situation.

Comment : Extremely poor dealership that lacks basic communication skills..as well as decent (more importantly) human morals and ethics.

Save the time and find a dealer that demonstrates core ethics, and doesnt just attack the sale over doing the right thing.

disgusting example of selling vehicles.

dont bother calling the Diehl corporate team either, they will act like they care..then completely blow you off as well!

horrible experience all around!
