Comment : The people here worked on repairing my front bumper when a random person hit and ran my car. They worked out a decent price for me and it took less than a week to fix. Thank you guys so much for fixing my car. I recommend them to anyone who needs their car worked on.

Comment : I recently had D&F Collision repair my Highlander. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle collision needs. My initial contact was with Darrin who wrote the estimate. Darrin was very knowledgeable in writing the estimate and worked very well between myself and my insurance company. I also had a few conversations with Dan(Owner). He made sure all was going well and answered any questions I had with professionalism and politeness. I even had a couple conversations with the receptionist and she to was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had and if she couldn’t she made sure she got me to the right person. If o ever need another repair on my vehicle I will not hesitate and take it to Dan at D&F Collision

Comment : 0.5 | Likely to Recommend - 0.5/5.0 - | Do to issues occurring during bumper repair, not being properly addressed in a timely manner . 3 | Repair Quality - 3.0/5.0 - | Upon return of my vehicle,my horn no longer operates.The horn is also part of my security system so that does not have sound alerts .The grill inserts where the fog lights would be are not flush with the bumper as they should be, protruding out approximately a quarter to half an inch.These issues were brought to the attention of the representative I had worked with as soon as they were noticed .To date no corrections have been made ,no courtesy calls back .I have made several attempts to reach out to schedule a correction appointment with no avail.At this time I am waiting for a response from the representative. 3 | Customer Service - 3.0/5.0 - | Refer to previous comment 5 | Returned Clean
