Comment : Everyone is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful. I had two cars requiring service and I had scheduled back to back. They were able to get everything situated so I would have plenty of time to get one car home and pick up the other car. Great service and all with friendliness and customer focus! Comment : Treated with total respect. Every time I walked through the doors we were greeted with a friendly smile and a hello and ask if we wanted a bottle of H20. We were on our way to Guntersville Chev dealership to purchase a new Colorado when I got the call from Chip. We talked and I turned around and headed back to Rainbow City and purchased our new truck. Comment : After searching all across the nation for the best deal on the vehicle I chose, I was absolutely exhausted. I was honestly ready to give up and keep my previous vehicle based on the experiences I was having. I knew Devan Lowe had the model I was looking for, but it was a higher trim that I didn t really want to pay for. After talking to Kendall, she assured me her team would give me the best deal AND best experience. That s exactly what I got!I worked the numbers out with Scott and when I got there for delivery, Chip was ready to teach me everything I needed to know. Even though Chip was simultaneously selling another vehicle to another customer, I was in and out in around TWO hours.As for price, they didn t match the other dealers I had been shopping with, they BEAT THEM by a significant amount. I was pleasantly surprised.
