Comment : After experiencing this dealership firsthand, I can say the service is extremely disappointing.

I called from out of state about purchasing a Bentley they had for sale. Christopher answered the phone and asked if I had a trade. I explained I did, and immediately sent 20+ photos, a video, and the original window sticker for my car. He also sent me a questionnaire that was supposedly to “get the most out of my trade.” I’ve bought and traded cars and have never had to fill out something like this for a dealership to give me a number they would pay for a trade, especially a lot of the information was already available on Carfax.

Despite sending them the info on my car right away on Saturday morning, I never heard back with a trade value or any attempt to make a deal or put a deposit down. By Monday afternoon, I was informed the car I was trying to purchase had already been sold that morning.

The most frustrating part is that I was very familiar with this particular Bentley and ready to purchase it. Had they shown any urgency or professionalism, I would have put a deposit down that same day. At dealerships selling $200k–$300k cars, you expect responsiveness and initiative. Here, I got neither. The salesman not only lost my business, he lost his commission.

This dealership wasted my time and failed to deliver the level of service expected when buying a car of this caliber. I would caution anyone anticipating a high-level buying experience.

Comment : Would give less than zero if an option ,, was sold a McLaren Senna for 1.2 mill ,,,, they didn’t have the title for 4 months , wouldn’t answer calls , kept making excuses , couldn’t register the car , just kept it in my garage … Austin the salesperson and Elena the manager both seemed nice but werent helpful at all , maybe ownership is the problem …I requested compensation and they refused , stay away from these crooks
