Comment : About a year and a half ago I had transmission problems with my expedition. Mike's Dependable Automotive was suggested by multiple community figureheads. They assisted me with my repairs and offered suggestions on how to have it completed right and at the lowest cost to me. I've been impressed with their service and quality, not only with that experience but with multiple other vehicles I have taken there since my initial impression. They have always been friendly, helpful, and thorough. This is an especially pleasant experience since they also have historically had the lowest prices. I believe they are truly there to help the customer. No one is perfect, but they definitely get five stars from me because of my experiences with them and because they have always made attempts at resolution and improvement with any matter that has been brought to their attention. They have deservingly earned my business and my recommendation should anyone ask! I do not believe you will be disappointed!

Comment : My parents and my husband and I use them for all of our family's vehicles. We love them!!!!! Mr. Mike has been the one who has always checked me out and extensively went over things with me and ensured that I was safe before leaving with my vehicle, but all the employees are very nice and helpful. Comment : Mikes Dependable was absolutely amazing. This was the best experience I ve ever had at an auto shop. My alternator broke as I was driving from Tennessee to Texas. Mike was able to squeeze me in that day to get it fixed. His wife drove all the way to Louisiana to get a part I needed so I could get home to my dog that day. Absolutely amazing customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. As for the price, 10/10 did not overcharge, completely fair. I am so so thankful for everyone at Mikes Dependable for helping us out. I would 1000% recommend for anyone and everyone to go here.

Comment : Very nice people attentive to my issues which was an A/C problem. Turned out to be a compressor which was replaced along with 4 new tires. The car is running great and blowing cold air

Comment : They replaced my alternator and told me the belt needed to be replaced as well... I wasn't prepared for the cost of replacing the belt too because it would have doubled the price. Got the car back and immediately realized they broke the door handle... I let it go because it was already weak and they probably man handled it and thought it was already broken, my fault I didn't tell them you had to be gentle with it. 3 days later the belt popped and another mechanic has informed me there was a bolt and shim missing and a bent bracket... He said it looked as if it had been sabotaged. I don't know much about cars but that's not the way to get repeat business.
