Comment : I am writing to express my frustration and concerns regarding my recent service experience at the Caldwell Dennis Dillon dealership.

I initially brought my vehicle in due to an overheating issue. I was informed—on two separate occasions—that the problem had been fixed. However, after picking up my vehicle the second time, it overheated again while I was driving on the freeway, which resulted in a blown hose and required towing.

After having the vehicle towed back to the dealership, I paid a significant amount of money to have the hose repaired. I was then contacted and told the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the car would not start. It had to be jump-started, and I was simply advised to purchase a new battery, with no further assistance or investigation into why this issue had occurred.

Shortly after, the vehicle would no longer hold a charge at all. I returned again seeking help, and this time I was assisted by a service rep named Olivia. She was professional, helpful, and appeared genuinely concerned about resolving the issue. Upon further inspection, I was informed that the root cause of the overheating problem was actually a concern with the radiator—something that should have been identified during my initial visits.

As a result of this misdiagnosis, I spent a considerable amount of money on repairs that did not address the actual problem. The whole situation has caused unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and repeated inconvenience.

While I appreciate Olivia’s assistance, I am extremely disappointed in the overall service process and the failure to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle from the beginning. I am hoping management reviews my situation and hopefully makes changes to prevent this from happening to any future customers.

Comment : Their Dealopoly promo is a bit of a scam, so beware. Literally every mailer is a “winner” meaning at minimum you’ll get at least $2 and a “Bluetooth smart watch”. We’re headed there right now to find out just what that ends up being. Will post a pic after getting it and provide insight into how pushy the sales guys get when we arrive.

***Update after going in***
They don’t even have $2 bills, so you won’t even get the money. Everyone is a “winner”, so 49,996 of the 50,000 “winners” will get the Alibaba smart watch I’ve got in the pics. Save yourself the trip and check your validation code on your paper against the codes in the picture. If you don’t have one of the codes showing there, then you won a smart watch and a non-existent $2 bill.

Very nice sales folks though!
