Comment : Bought a ram from Boise about a month ago. The mirror fell off the first week I had it. Had to wait two or three weeks for a new piece to fix the mirror as soon as I drive it off onto the Boulevard from getting it serviced in Caldwell at the dennis Dillon Jeep ram dealer, My mirror falls off again. I had to wait two hours for them to fix this today even better. Nobody answers the phone over there and when I was there in person, I didn’t hear one phone ringing, but somehow everybody was on the phone and too busy to answer. I swear to God, I will never do business with Dennis Dillon again.

Comment : I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The price was good on the car. Charlie did a fantastic job for the most part. My only critique would be that on a couple requests that we made, they kept getting forgotten. We didn’t get the CarFax report until after we purchased the car even though we kept asking for it, and after three weeks, we are still waiting For a second key, which we also kept asking for. But overall, this was a very positive experience. I would recommend Dennis Dillon for sure. I do love my car!! They drove it from Boise just so that I could test drive it. That’s pretty cool.

Comment : Extremely disappointing and deceptive experience. The salesman gave us the listed price. We then went for a test drive where he kept listing all these features the vehicles has.

Went back and sat down. Made offer to pay the full listed price, explained how much we intended to put down, what % of our total cost that would be and how much we could afford to finance. Salesman wrote it down and took it to the manager.

Manager came back and it was well over $1000 more than we had agreed to.

Turns out all those features are part of a $1000 system that is pre-installed on the vehicle. Additional cost was never mentioned ( but all the great benefits sure were).

Everyone was so very very sorry, but that didn't help me any. I didn't want any of that crap - I just wanted a car. Cheap and dependable with no frills.

In the end I got the manager to take $500 off the price but still ended up paying $500 for crap I didn't want or need and was never disclosed until after I agreed to the price the Salesman quoted.

I still bought the car and am giving 2 stars instead if 1 because it has been a good vehicle so far.

But now I keep getting these emails from Dennis Dillon and everytime I do it ticks me off all over again.

I welcome the opportunity to tell this story every time a friend asks hiw my experience was.

Comment : The whole Dennis Dillon sales group was amazing, called up before hand and they had the truck waiting for me when I arrived. Communication was awesome during the whole process. Austin Halley is a wonderful sales rep! Really made it a pain free experience by being friendly and understanding what I was looking for. Ben killed the finance part, detail team had it looking right when I was ready to pull out! Thanks again everyone!

Comment : Austin Halley is such a kind and caring individual. I bought my 2021 4xe Wrangler here 4 years ago, and unfortunately Jeep doesn’t back their products like they should, and anyone who knows the issues with the 4xe’s know what I’m talking about…but anyways, Austin made sure I was taken care of. He was able to trade my 2021 Wrangler 4xe for a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, and it was honestly a true miracle. Austin was truly the hero in this story. I even went back tonight trying to process that I no longer have that paper weight of a Jeep and being so angry about blowing 70k on that stupid vehicle over the course of 4 years, and Austin was so patient with me and just listened. I really needed that and again, I really appreciate the kindness he showed me and how he made such a crappy day turn positive. Austin will be transparent with you and truly looks out for your best interests.
