Comment : I can’t speak for everyone, but my experience with this shop was awful. In hindsight, I really wish I would’ve done better research before dealing with them. My car was overheating, and the part that they replaced had nothing to do with my issue. I only found this out after asking other mechanics and doing my own research. I took it back after it started overheating again, and they kept it for a week just to tell me they couldn’t see an issue. During that time, I had to call them multiple times for updates because they weren’t providing any. Eventually, I just decided to pick the car up and bring it back home. Out of desperation, I took it back a third time because I thought I found the source of the issue. They charged me once again for a diagnosis and told me that they would order the part. Well, I never heard back from them. Save your time and your money, and find a more reputable shop. These people are shady and clueless.

Comment : I highly recommend this establishment. While traveling from Memphis to Baton Rouge to visit my son, I encountered car trouble and they accommodated me in their busy schedule. We managed to order the necessary part with just nine minutes to spare before closing. Although I was stranded for three hours, the staff made me feel exceptionally welcome. Notably, the owner even offered to wait with me until my son arrived to pick me up, despite it being after closing time on a Friday afternoon. Although the car trouble was an unexpected inconvenience, Delta Auto ensured that my experience was as comfortable as possible.

Comment : Car was towed from Ridgeland Saturday night. I have never seen so many charges for a basic tow. They are past ridiculous with there charges. Bill was $610 and got it reduced to $488. This still expensive having paid for tow previously from same spot and circumstances. Beware of bad business practices

Comment : This is one sorry auto place in state of Mississippi. When in for rear axle work. Come with my motor misfiring. Drove my in with no engine problem. On top of that , they got a bunch of employees who love to steal. Don't ever take your car or truck. Unless you or police or sheriff dept. I mean the worse place

Comment : What a GREAT place and such great customer service. They stayed open 2hrs past to help fix our AC as we were traveling from Oxford, MS to Houston, TX an 8 hr drive. Kody is the best! He deserves a big fat raise!
