Comment : As a business fleet owner I have more experience with collision shops than I would care to, so I speak with some background when I say that Delaney Collision Greensburg has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Actually, it’s hard to call it bad service when there really just isn’t any customer service at all. Staring off, I made an appointment for an estimate and when I arrived the estimator acted like it was a tremendous inconvenience to have to write the estimate and it showed in the extremely quick once over, never getting on the ground or looking under the truck, surprise, they’ve found three more claims of additional damage, I still booked the appointment, for a month out. They’ve now had the vehicle for over three weeks (7 weeks since the estimate) and I have not heard a word. No updates of any kind. When I finally stopped in to ask today the repeated answer was it’s in the shop now. I asked repeatedly when it would be done and was met with “it’s in the shop now”. Finally I said does that mean it will be done today or in three more weeks. His answer was at least another week. And that was that. Not an offer to keep me in the loop or anything. Lesson learned. No more purchase from Delaney.

Comment : Highly recommend Delaney Collision Center! I'm happy with the repairs and more importantly their customer service. Darrin went way above and beyond to help me when the insurance company was giving me trouble and he quickly resolved the issue. I'm definitely a happy customer!

Comment : Definitely a 5-star experience! When your vehicle is hit it kind of turns your life upside down when you have to think about all of the details that need coordinated. And, where do you go to have the repair done? Fortunately, the very first call I made to a collision center was to Delaney because they had the highest ratings of shops near our zip code. First impressions are extremely important and Jessica was so kind, helpful and empathetic to our situation. She totally gets what it’s like to have to deal with an unexpected situation such as a car accident. She assured me that they could get to our vehicle quickly and made me feel so much better. I didn’t even call any other repair shops because of the way Jessica treated me. Once our vehicle was in their possession, Matt was in touch with us, responded to questions and emails courteously and promptly and he definitely met and exceeded our expectations. We’re 100% pleased with the service and the work that was done. Thank you to the Delaney team!! You truly made a difference to our family during this stressful time.
