Comment : They had my vehicle for 5 days before telling me the motor needed replaced due to a malfunctioning head gasket. Tbe car is only 2 years old with 22000 miles. I still dont have my car back.

Comment : Recently purchased a Preowned automobile at this dealership..Jason Coy was our Sales proprofessional.The whole Experience went smoothly, and extremely quick. I will definitely ask for him in the future when I return to purchase another vehicle. I would like to also thank Nick the finance manager and Rob the service advisor. I could?ve made a similar purchase closer to our home, but I was impressed from the very beginning on the Internet inquiry. Eric responded almost immediately and established communication Which led to a smooth introduction to the dealership? I can?t say enough good things about the whole experience

Comment : I had a major car situation with my coolant leaking and left me stranded in Pgh. I coordinated service with Rob and he made sure that I got all the necessary extended warranty work done and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive back down to VA. He even worked with Jim from RK Chevy in VA to make sure payments and billing were handled correctly. I appreciate Rob for taking care of my car. Im in safe hands anytime I come to this dealership! Never disappointed. Thank you ????

Comment : Car was towed there, had an appointment. No call from them, called them the next day. they said they don’t know where my car is. I drove there, saw my car with the keys on the passenger seat. Had to bring them in myself. To which they said they looked “every which way” for them. The solution to my problem was to unplug a module that was shorting the electrical system. They were very hesitant to do this citing it would be a temporary fix, which further research reveals it was in fact permanent and all that I needed. They seemed to want me to buy more parts, despite saying the parts are on back order with no estimate of when they’ll be available. Overall felt dismissive and that their goal was to make money, not help people. I will be sure to go elsewhere should another problem occur
