Comment : When I leave my reviews it's not only the customer service it's also management taking responsibility for mistakes there employees make. I'm giving 5 stars because of how ed the manager handled a bad situation and made sure I was good. You need work done make sure you ask for Tony. You need a service man ask for nick.those are the people who worked on my vehicle. We are not perfect we do make mistakes. Instead of condoning them mistakes let's find a intelligent way to fix them which Delaney have. Thank you to the Big Boss Ed the manager and Kelly for having my back and I will continue to do business with you

Comment : I'm changing my review from a 1 to a 3 because the manager called and talked to me about the service of my vehicle and how I was treated when he didn't have to do that and I appreciate it. It's not a five star although so fae my engine seems to be running good let's hope it continues to. I was told that I can drive with a L2 engine light sensor on when that's wrong and sending me on my way with very little anti freeze in my vehicle that also could damage my truck. I shouldn't be told these things by a professional mechanic. Also I dropped my truck off with cold air blowing picked it up with hot air blowing and a damaged compressor. If you have any problems with your vehicle here or with staff call and use extension 270 to speak to ed loyacona the big boss only then will you be treated equally.
