Comment : You want honesty ask for Nick. He has made the process of purchasing my truck a fun experience. Straight forward and no BS. My wife and I will deal here in the future.

Comment : We had the pleasure of working with Nick when purchasing a truck for my husband. He was very personable and truly cared about giving us the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend asking to have Nick as your salesman.

Comment : They won't admitt it but they know I'm right and they're a bunch of theives. I was asked to leave and never come back. They hid the fact the truck had problems, and said they weren't going to fix it it all. And they wouldn't have installed aftermarket parts. They are shady and crooks, just as bad as the people on wall street. The paperpusher had the audacity to say "how do we know do didn't break it" If he clearly saw the photos it would've been clear. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. Update 2(1 week after puchase, 1 day after service appointment): the intake grid heater nut and stud are melting off do to arcing. But supposedly it's not failing (they're right its already failed) and there "are no codes". Photo and maybe video if Google allows videos in reviews. The incompetence in this dealership is sickening. Update: I was told there is NO CODES, when clearly there is one. And the movement on the connector is normal. Clearly it's not normal if there is a code. Can't expect them to know much about a Ram at a Chevy dealer. The paper-pusher in the sales office has an attitude problem and has to keep personal problems and sensitive ego at home. All after he told me there are no codes and I clearly showed him there was with my "cheap" scanner. And there mechanic's (overpriced) snapon scanner didn't show it. But they did offer to delete the intake heater all together but in a place that's gets cold in the winter isn't smart what so ever I Purchased (AUG 16th) a used 2017 Ram 2500 6.7L cummins 74K miles. Not 24 hours after, I got a handful of check engine lights, most were simple enough to fix on my own. But one being the catastrophic intake heater. Something like that just doesn't happen overnight. They said they cleared ONE code, being the EGR tempature sensor, but I find it hard to believe there was only one code before they cleared it. I was told i would be held responsible for it. I feel deceived and couldn't recommend this dealership due to shady business practices. I haven't heard from my salesman about any updates to my situation.

Comment : My parents bought a car from Derrick. He was so helpful for them and very informative. They both were VERY impressed with his knowledge. To say they are happy is a complete understatement. Thank you so so much Derrick!!

Comment : Very simple , if I could rate no stars I would , they sold a used truck 17 2500 ram Cummins to be exact 74k miles , said truck had a code for egr , after driving home the truck started having issues and throwing more codes , the will not even look at the truck to try to work something out they are putting it all on the consumer. This is a shady un ethical business and would not recommend this place to anyone!Very simple , if I could rate no stars I would , they sold a used truck 17 2500 ram Cummins to be exact 74k miles , said truck had a code for egr , after driving home the truck started having issues and throwing more codes , the will not ???More

Comment : Went in to look at the 2500???s. Stated I was only looking around to see if the deal was right to make a purchase. Talked numbers to see what they would offer. Let them know I seen another dealership further away had mark downs of 3k from MSRP. Sales rep states that this was just a scam to get people in. He put on a show to pretend he was a customer calling the dealership to prove it wasn???t real. I told him I still wanted to check for myself as I???m not in an immediate need for a truck, but just want to make sure I???m getting the best deal. The sales rep slams his hands down and says I???m done. My mind was blown. I couldn???t believe the scare tactics they were trying to push on me to make a deal. If they thought their deal was so good then there shouldn???t of been an issue to say go ahead and see if they will beat it. This place seems to pray on the weak minded to scare them into making a purchase. I have always shopped around for my vehicles to make sure I get the best deal when I???m going with a different make and have never been treated like this.Ended up getting the truck from that dealership with the mark down as advertised and was offered more for my truck as a trade in. Didn???t have to haggle at all.Went in to look at the 2500???s. Stated I was only looking around to see if the deal was right to make a purchase. Talked numbers to see what they would offer.
