Comment : I live in Pennsylvania and recently took a vacation to Cedar Point in Ohio. After the long drive out, most of my car’s sensors lit up. The extreme heat that week probably made some underlying issues much worse.

I called Diederick Motors, and they could not have been more helpful. They truly took pity on my predicament and told me to bring the car right in. My vehicle needed special parts, and instead of making me wait days, they personally drove to the warehouse to get them so the work could start right away.

It was a big repair, but they worked tirelessly and had my car fixed in about 24 hours just in time for my trip back home. Everyone there was courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely.

A special thanks to Tatiana, my main contact, who went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire crew at Diederick Motors for turning what could have been a stressful vacation disaster into a smooth and positive experience.

Comment : Wouldn’t wish a breakdown on anyone but if you need a mechanic look no further. I needed 2 cars done and they accommodated my work schedule to get it done. Their software system was efficient and I knew the process and approvals in real time. Tatiana was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping. Absolutely no down side to this interaction or shop.

Comment : We were on vacation from Chicago when our pick up truck broke down. Took our kids, one of whom uses a wheelchair, to Cedar Point and our car broke down on the first day. I called a couple of places around town but nobody was able to get us in on a short notice. Thankfully someone referred us to Deiderick Motors and Chris was super empathetic and willing to help us. He changed his schedule around to fit our truck in for diagnostic that morning. We dropped off the truck, took an Uber to the park, and Chris communicated with us during the day. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. Very professional service. They truly saved our vacation, as this was our first stop on a 7-day road trip and any delays in fixing our truck would have complicated our vacation. Chris took care of everything for us! Comment : Used to take our cars to Firestone for years. What a joke there. Zip tied my daughter s heat shield. Car kept making clunking sound when driving. Brought it here for an oil changed. Inspected vehicle and found the problem. Not the heat shield. Have an appointment in a few weeks to get it repaired correctly. Please give this service department the chance they deserve. Awesome customer service too.
