Comment : We were on vacation from Chicago when our pick up truck broke down. Took our kids, one of whom uses a wheelchair, to Cedar Point and our car broke down on the first day. I called a couple of places around town but nobody was able to get us in on a short notice. Thankfully someone referred us to Deiderick Motors and Chris was super empathetic and willing to help us. He changed his schedule around to fit our truck in for diagnostic that morning. We dropped off the truck, took an Uber to the park, and Chris communicated with us during the day. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day. Very professional service. They truly saved our vacation, as this was our first stop on a 7-day road trip and any delays in fixing our truck would have complicated our vacation. Chris took care of everything for us! Comment : Used to take our cars to Firestone for years. What a joke there. Zip tied my daughter s heat shield. Car kept making clunking sound when driving. Brought it here for an oil changed. Inspected vehicle and found the problem. Not the heat shield. Have an appointment in a few weeks to get it repaired correctly. Please give this service department the chance they deserve. Awesome customer service too.

Comment : I don t know about their work but I stopped on the side of the road with my semi truck and trailer asking them if I could please use the restroom they said it s not a public restroom I continued to let them know how badly I needed to go, literally some of the rudest people I ve had the not so lucky chance to be around, this was on their sales side of things

Comment : Vehicle broke down close to Milan. Mechanics were quick to diagnose and evaluate the problem however what ensued was nothing but non-interest and complete lack of empathy from a customer perspective. As an out of towner i was told that if I forfeited my title and notarized my vehicle to their sales team they would take care of the diagnostic fee that was an outstanding balance of $138 dollars and they would "tow" it "out" and waive the fee. Fine. Except for the fact that I was able to scrap the vehicle in person for $500 dollars on site. I had to call off work and make the drive back to Sandusky from Akron to iron out details on site because the sales team would only send my valuables from my car on my dollar. On top of the notarized title expenditure. Only reason i am giving two stars instead of 1 is that they were hospitable on site and allowed me ample time to provide for a tow service. Shady business, unethical and lack of compassion or empathy filled with protected language is reason for 2 stars.

Comment : I highly recommend Deiderick Motors. I was unable to get the financing I wanted but they worked with me and tried everything to get the deal I wanted. They are very nice, professional and easy to work with!
