Comment : I have been taking my car to Deepa Auto for the past 3-5+ years. Prince and his team offer amazing service, are extremely quick, honest, and reliable. Many times I have had my car inspected and a report of my vehicle generated within hours of drop off.

Most recently, my insurance company had my car at a shop for over 1 month--just sitting there and doing nothing. I moved it to Deepa and got it repaired within one week. Prince kept me well updated throughout the process of ordering parts and installation.

If you have any vehicle troubles, I definitely recommend sending your vehicle to this location of Deepa Auto.

Comment : About three months ago, while traveling from New York to Virginia after just arriving from India, we had a sudden tire leak and had to stop at Deepa Auto Repair in Edison. Even though we were far from home and unfamiliar with the area, the owner was extremely kind and helped us quickly fix the problem so we could continue our journey without delay.

Now that I am back in India, I saw my travel photos and was reminded of that moment. I wanted to take the time to write this review to say thank you for the fast, friendly, and professional service. It really made our trip smoother and left us with a great impression of the people here.

Comment : I wish I could give this place 0 start. I went earlier Today, stood in the shop for about 10 minutes while the Indian guy just stood and stared at me like I did not exist. He found everything else to do and not even acknowledge i was there. Keep in mind I was the only one in the store, he started opening up packages, answering his cell phone and then went to the computer and started typing. Then I finally got frustrated and ask him if he would like me to come back, he didn't even answer and just used hand gestures. Not even sure how they got so much stars, must be friends of friends that commented. Very rude!!! Would not recommend at all!!! Maybe it was my complexion and they only take certain skin tone!!! He even came outside to watch me drive off.. PLZ DO NOT GO HERE!!

Comment : Got to say love the service Nicky went above and beyond with helping me out. Can’t start a MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND driving with a flat. I wasn’t suppose to go to them first but in the grace of GOD “DEEPA AUTO REPAIR” was right there to save me. THANKS AGAIN 🤘🏾🤘🏾Fella you earn my respect and business.

Comment : They were not able to identify the problem. They said by changing the hub bearing and the ball joint the noise should go away. They noise is still persistent and I payed over 1k for nothing. Not happy.
