The first incident i had with this shop, my car was dropped off for a simple tire sensor change. They kept my car all day and did not work on it. Instead of just admitting they did not get to my car, they lied to me and claimed my lug nuts needed a "special key". Thr guy behind the counter then proceeded to insult my wife claiming, "she must have thrown out the lugnut key while cleaning the car, you know how women are". My car does not and has never had a lugnut key because it has standard lug nuts on it.

To "aplogize" for this incident the guy behind the counter offered a discouint on the remaining 3 tire sensors for my car. Upon returning for them to honor their deal, I specifically asked them to change the remaining 3 sensors because they are all going bad. This was not only my conclusion but it is what the people at this very shop told me during a previous visit.

They only changed 1 sensor for regular price and then proceeded to LIE and claim, "the other sensors do not need changing, and that the sensors are perfectly fine". One of the remaining tire sensors failed yesterday, just as I told him they would. They were not fine at all. They lied to my face so that they would not have to honor the discount, they themselves offered.

This is not a trust worthy establishment and I would simply recommend you find somewhere else to go.

Comment : I had a horrible experience with the repair work, but the communication about additional fees was disappointing. They told me I'd be charged $100 per day if I didn't pick up my car on time, which feels excessive and unrealistic for a college student like me. Due to this, I won't be returning.

Comment : Do not go to this auto repair shop, especially if you are a woman. I took my car in for an oil change and diagnostics. I knew my car was going to need some work. I was helped by Edgard "Junior" who called me back with a total estimate for $3,080. After asking for best prices they brought it down to $2,600. Then I decided that I would only do the necessary work beacuse the costs to do it all was out of my budget. The oil charge and brake fluid would be done same day. When I called back around 5 they said my car would need to stay overnight and that my car would be ready by 10am the next day. So I got a rental for 2 days since they did not have a loner cat available for me. Once I declined the $2600 communication between me and Edgardo stopped. I tried calling their shop no one answered their phones. I used their text service and no reply. So my husband drove me to the shop so I could get an update on my car. Edgard was sitting at his desk. There were no customers in the waiting area. I asked why no one was answering my calls or text and he said his system was not working. So I dialed their number to test out the phone system and my call went through just fine and so did my text. Edgard was so unprofessional. He blamed other employees for my car not being ready. He made several excuses. I asked to speak with him the night before but I was told he was busy. He never called me back and my car didn't get worked on because I declined the major work and only settled for oil change and brake fluid. I am so disappointed. I really thought they were going to provide great service. In the end all I got was an oil change and a bill for 2 days of a car rental. I decided to take my car home to look for a auto repair shop where women are not taken advantage of.Do not go to this auto repair shop, especially if you are a woman. Comment : I have had an amazing and exceptional experience at this mechanic shop. The moment you walk in the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable and they would always explain in detail the issues regarding my car. I don't know much about cars but they always find the time to explain not just the issue but the repair work. The services are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I always left feeling confident in the repairs compared to my old mechanic. I was recommended by my boyfriend and now I also recommend it to everyone I know facing car issues. One hundred percent will come back when my car is acting up again! Comment : The guys at Eurocar clinic had my Crosstrek s suspension rod fixed in a day. Additionally, the alignment has my car feeling new again. Thank you for the great work. I ll definitely be coming back here if I need more work done.
