Comment : Unfortunately my vehicle is worse off then when I brought it in to the shop. Trusted the place blindly because the owner told me on the phone he could do what I needed done with my vehicle. I won't blame the time frame my vehicle sat necessarily on the shop but it did sit for a while. Itemized quoted and paid for repairs or actions on the estimate may or may not have been completed but we did discuss this with the owner and I walked away feeling like I just had to take a loss on that. Carpet is very cheap and still isn't laying flat after all this time since pickup. Seat tracks that were listed in estimated to be cleaned and lubricated are still rusty, worse than they were before. Something as simple as the meatballs being cleaned were not done..which wouldn't be a big deal but again they were listed on the estimate and included in the price. Now weeks later after pick up ive barely driven the vehicle because im nervous about potential missed electrical issues and haven't had time to get someone else to check it out. Now I notice the power seats seem to be malfunctioning and that's something that never happened before. Also the passenger keyless entry isn't working. Maybe the connectors and pins are corroded which was another item on the estimate. These guys are in the same community I am in so I trusted they would do satisfactory work at the very least, also being that it was an insurance claim there was no need to rush or cut corners, if you needed more time or more funds to do it right, insurance would have took care of it. Im highly disappointed and unfortunately I personally can not recommend this shop.

Comment : Although some reviews of this place said, the owner and staff were rude... I didn't get that from them, they were professional when speaking with them. Still as far as the repair and work goes, I left unsatisfied with the final product. I'll probably have to take the loss on this one unless the insurance company decides otherwise. I did address my concerns with the shop Owner, but I just felt like it was a no win situation. This is my own personal experience, maybe yours will be different. I do know ive had close family and friends have carpet in their vehicle installed and it laid flat upon them picking the vehicle up, there was no break in period or wait period after picking up and paying for the vehicle service.

Comment : 2010 jeep wrangler needed leaking heater cord, intake gasket and water pump gasket replaced. Replace clutch to. Services where priced right and service was great.

Comment : Brought my truck in after lunch on a Friday afternoon. I had a electrical issue that caused my battery to lose voltage. Also had bad washer fluid sensor. Dealer Services tested the charging and starter circuits, load tested the battery and tested for draws. They changed the battery and retested again. They also changed the washer fluid sensor. I picked up my truck before they closed at 5 p.m. I'm sure other places would have had my truck for days. Thank you Dealer Services
