Comment : After speaking with a few different sales people from different dealerships, I decided to go with Deacon Jones in Smithfield. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received there. My sales associate George Dana was amazing, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Even after the sale, he always responded to messages right away, even on the days he was off! If you are looking for a genuine and professional sales associate, George is your guy! I also want to give a shout out to the gentleman in financing as he was very professional and informative as well. I will definitely return to this dealership for my next purchase!!

Comment : if i could give this place a zero star i would! we were so excited to get a vehicle from them due to unforeseen circumstances we brought the vehicle back and received my vehicle back that was supposed to be a trade in in which wasn’t in their possession yet bc the title hadn’t been signed to them. someone drove my vehicle left their drink in here and then spilled a drink on the seat and added miles to the vehicle! do not recommend these people at all!

Comment : The absolute best dealership and service department that I have ever experienced. So worth the 3hr one-way drive. My local GMC/Cadillac needs to take some pointers! Deacon Jones of Smithfield feels like family! Logan went above and beyond. He even came in on his day off when I needed a service done and called me personally with updates. Smoothest transaction and no pressure from sales.
