Comment : The absolute best dealership and service department that I have ever experienced. So worth the 3hr one-way drive. My local GMC/Cadillac needs to take some pointers! Deacon Jones of Smithfield feels like family! Logan went above and beyond. He even came in on his day off when I needed a service done and called me personally with updates. Smoothest transaction and no pressure from sales.

Comment : Sales team really drove it home for us, happy we stuck with this team to make this purchase. I really wanted a Traverse and I was not disappointed with how smooth and amazing this car is. They took care of my little family and made sure all our needs were met. They also have a kids area and separate area so I was able to make calls and sit with my baby. Love this car, love the team, love everything!

Comment : I bought a car from this dealership on 8/16/5, and within 30 minutes of driving it off the lot, the turbo completely blew. Thirty minutes. The car had to be towed back almost immediately.

Instead of doing the right thing and letting me walk away from a vehicle that broke down the same day I bought it, they’ve been dismissive and telling me “that’s not how it works.” They expect me to just accept a car that failed before I even made it home... did I mention I'm a single mom?

Buying a car is supposed to be exciting and feel safe — instead this has been nothing but stress, frustration, and feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. If this is how they treat customers when something goes wrong, I would strongly warn anyone thinking about buying here to reconsider.

Comment : Just bought my new 2025 Chevy Trax today!! Everyone was awesome. Neal the Manger was great and had awesome hair lol. Our car guy was John Saddler and he was the most AMAZING dude EVER!!! He literally prayed with us before our deal started. That man literally skipped through the lobby with excitement of our deal. I cried so many happy tears and I could see the tears in his eyes. John truly wanted me to have this car. Not because of a sale but because he knew my family needed this.. I'm forever grateful for him and the whole team at Deacon. And thanks to Brandon for taking time to show me how to operate my new ride.. highly recommended..
