Comment : Stopped here on our way from FL back to VA looking for a truck. They didn t have what we were looking for but the salesman George was so nice! He let our kids borrow his glasses to see the eclipse and they had fun playing on the putt putt. Great customer service!

Comment : I give The highest remarks due to the service, the Professionalism, help and resolve that showing Davis bought to the issues that I was having with my 2023 Cadillac CT 5V. Shawn I want to personally say I thank you I give you high regards for making what was so complicated to turn out to be very pleasant and easy and you did it quickly. Comment : First repairs went great. Request to flush transmission went to hell quickly. Took back 3 times because it was leaking, they just kept adding sealant around it..and it still leaked. I actually had to take it elsewhere to get it repaired properly. And I had to pay for it. Would never recommend them.

Comment : Got a car from them and realized the next day that the review mirrors doesn’t work and the lights on the gear shift doesn’t light up so I brung it to Mike’s attention after he sent me an email thanking me for my purchase and you would think they would do a good faith fix since I drove over an hour to come get the vehicle, but no. All that talk that Mariam spoke of while in her office of if I ever need anything and when I reached out to her nothing happened either. Hopefully all the work I need done is covered my my warranty. Also had to get my front brakes done and hadn’t even had the car a whole month yet. Don’t go here to get a car. I don’t recommend this place.

Comment : me and my wife had the pleasure of getting a SUV from here this past week and we have nothing but great things to say about this car dealership they where very polite and professional and made the entire process very painless and pleasant the gentleman we worked with name was Douglas Hodges and he was very professional and kind he took his time to help us and was very nice to work with he went above and beyond for us the 1st dealership we went to acted as if they did not want to help us or talk to us but everyone at deacon jones was happy to help next time I need a car I am going to be sure to go see Mr. Hodges and I would recommend everyone who is looking for a car to go talk with Mr. Hodges and the very nice people at Deacon jones they have some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time

Comment : I had an incredible experience with the staff at Deacon Jones. Douglas Hodges and Cody Dale were on it. They made sure we were able to pick out the car of our choosing as well address our many options and the features we would like. If it didn't have it they were willing to find it. Very courteous and genuine with the level of service provided. The wife was very pleased. Thanks again Douglas and Cody. We'll be back
