Comment : I was gifted a car from my sister a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport lasted 1 year. We bought an extended warranty from Warranty Solutions. My engine went out due to the recall on the Hyundai consuming to much oil. It's been 2 months and this issue has not resolved. My car is still at the dealership for the last 2 months and I'm still paying on a car I don't have in possession. All though it's been 2 months. I did give them the benefit of the doubt to not have to leave a bad review. After my sister bought 2 cars from them. I would not buy a car here or purchase there extended Warranty that they do not honor. It's been a circus. We have not had to escalate our situation to a lawyer. Boycott Honda Of Oxnard. Hyundai and Kiss. No stars from my family

Comment : We had a great experience car shopping for a Honda Pilot with Eddie & Cynthia Sosa. We needed a vehicle that could tow and we were initially looking for a used SUV, but fell in love with a new 2025 Honda Pilot. The price was good and the service experience was excellent. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Cynthia went out of her way to walk me through the features and tech. Would definitely recommend DCH Honda of Oxnard! Ask for Cynthia, she is so knowledgeable and efficient!

Comment : I've had a horrible experience with DCH Honda of Oxnard. I traded in my vehicle gave them they pay off amount and we get the deal done to get into one of there cars. Three weeks later I get an email from my previous credit union that they haven't received payment for the loan. I go into Honda demanding to know what's going on with the payoff and they brush me off saying it is a 3 hour wait mind you I went in at 6 PM and they close at 9 PM. So I say I will wait and they come to me saying they will route the issue to there GM who knows if they will. How is it possible that they haven't sent out the pay off to my previous lender and already have the car I traded in up for sale. Now I am being held accountable when they did not do there job now I have a missed payment on my credit history but of course they wont care since it's not there's

Comment : Atrocious customer service. Brought my car in for issues regarding AC warranty extension/fuel pump recalls. First time around, Aquino was my service provider who took my car in and ran diagnosis. Concluded that it was within warranty parameters and repairs were underway along with the fuel pump recall. I get another call a couple of hours later claiming I'd be responsible for costs on the diagnostic dye and clips to which I questioned should be apart of the warranty service? He said well yeah but these costs are the responsibility of the customer. This surprised me because again it is apart of the faulty AC system (that was recalled). Anyway, ultimately after long disagreements back and forth the dealer "took care of it". I still thanked them even though I felt this wasn't a favor to me but an included service...second time, I take my car back at 10AM today to check the fuel pump because my car is now experiencing acceleration issues (hesitant acceleration especially when wheel is turned). I have not received a call communicating ANYTHING about my car. I have to call and chase my service provider Jeff Hall for a call back where people are telling me different things. Someone said my car wasn't processed yet then FINALLY receive a call back at 2:45pm to tell me my car needs to be held till Friday morning for further inspection since it was not the fuel pump and other things but they'd need $200+ to inspect (which is fine it's a business) but felt comfortable picking my car up instead and heading elsewhere. Jeff was incredibly rude after I tell him my frustrations with lack of communications and hangs up on me after telling me good luck! This place is so suspect/scammy. No communication, and when I call Michael the service manager to explain my frustrations and how I had no uber service back since I took one there to get home and Jeff hung up on me he reiterates everything Jeff just said and offered no uber back because they're for paying customers only. What a joke lol this place is awful and I will never be back and I urge you to go to other trustworthy places with better customer service.
