Comment : Worst customer service we have ever encountered on our journey to buy a car.
I called prior to going about financing a car to a homemaker whose husband is a business owner, they said they can do that and it can be put in my name. We drove up there to spend over an hour to test drive 2 cars and go through pricing just to be told they won?t finance me a car unless we put it in his name. The man who helped us seemed irritated that I wanted to test a car different than what I had made an appointment to go see. He also quoted me 2k more than what the car was advertised for on their website.
Not a good experience. Had a great experience at Honda in Ventura ? treated totally different approach and customer care.

Comment : DISAPPOINTED!!!!! DONT DO IT! They won?t honor the APR they reel you in with and make empty promises they end up not honoring. Purchased a car on Thursday night at around 9pm. Not even 24 hours later, I refinanced with my bank for a better rate and told DCH I had a check for them their response was ? here are the documents you signed? I had also been told I would have 3 days to find better rate which they conveniently didn?t honor. Not 1 but 2 lies!!!
NEVER AGAN!!!!! 1 star is 1 star too many!!!!!

Comment : This review is specific to a situation where I was trying to sell my vehicle to them. They placed a bid on my 2010 Prius via dealer auction, and my auction listing had numerous photos and detailed disclosures on the vehicle condition as well as any problems that were known. I went all the way to Dch Oxnard to complete the sale but after their inspection they declined to purchase it. Their inspection revealed the same issues that I disclosed on the auction listing that they should have read, and those were the reasons why they had to decline the purchase and waste 6 hours of my time including my drive.
