Comment : I went in for a coolant flush in June 2026 as recommended previously from their multi-point inspection. Yesterday, 10/21/2026, I went in to have my front brake pads replaced, only for them to come back to tell me that the radiator is now leaking from several areas—which is strange since my Camry was perfectly fine prior to the flush. When I pointed out to them that I just had it flushed recently with them and asked if they properly did the flush, their response was “anything could have happened since June” NICE. I treated my car very well and had properly maintained it, so how is it leaking??? They told me it could be damage coming from a “piece of rock”. RIGHT. My engine splash shield is in perfect condition,so I don't think it was a “piece of rock”. I have been coming here since 2016, and I can say with certainty and confidence that the quality of care and service as expected from a Toyota dealership has been deteriorating at an astounding rate (I work in quality assurance). I would recommend going elsewhere for anything except maybe an oil change. Btw, the full replacement for a radiator and hoses would be around $1500+.
