Comment : Great service!!! I was able to get a Saturday appointment right away for an AC issue. The service area was very busy and my car was repaired in a timely manner. Not a long wait at all. The staff was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!!

Comment : Was in for recall and promised a loaner, arrived 830am for a 900am appointment told they didn't have any because the 3 they had were out.Had to go through a second party rental car service off site.Spent 45mins at least going the process of going back and forth waiting for approval numbers ect.Any other dealer I've gotten a loaner you show ID and insurance and your out in 5 minutes.Speaking to employees this is common practice do to the ridiculously few loaners. If you promise a loaner it should be there or warn the customer of the absurd alternative that even the employees agreed is ridiculous.Very unprofessional makes customers look for alternative dealers
