Comment : Brought my girlfriends car in a few weeks back to get a problem fixed. Justin called at each step of the way to ensure that I was comfortable moving forward with repairs.

In addition to, bringing in my own car this past Tuesday before the snow storm for an oil change while I was at work down the street. Keith said he'd have it ready in the afternoon.
