Comment : Great communication and explanation of all the services performed on our Volvo XC60. The services were performed in an excellent timely manner, and the prices were fair. We will definitely continue having our Volvo serviced at Day Heights Auto Service.

Comment : first time i came in spent almost $2000 on a turbo rod and have the splash shield replaced and they definitely fixed the turbo car drove slightly better but for my $600 splash shield popped off and was dragging again within a week. looked and it was the same part they just threw some zipties on it. i let them know but thought id just leave it at that and go somewhere else. but i had a code pop up for the crankshaft position censor i know they have a chevy guy on sight thats why i went there in the first place so i brought it back with a part i bought. they tried it said it was no good so they put they old one back in and said they have no clue what to do and to take my car to a chevy dealer have them look at it. was gonna charge me $700 to tell me to kick rocks but dropped it down to $300. im just selling the chevy and being done with it. goto jacobs right down the road they did the head gasket on my subaru for less than $700 was gonna be more but i got to talking to them and they said since im a single dad with a 3 year old theyd cut me a break. ive given recommendations to the other guys who work at Sharonville transmission with me they’ve all said they have had excellent experiences with Jacobs so far.

Comment : Worst shop ever. Charged 2200 dollars for a new computer control module they couldnt program. Lasted about a month without a car while they bullshitted me along. Finally, they towed my car to the dealership without my knowledge who solved it quickly. When I found out my car was at the dealership John freaked out and wondered how I knew. 2200 for nothing basically. They replaced the module but it means nothing until it is programmed. Also, John at the front desk always has an attitude and horrible customer service. And before that I got an oil change there and it was 35 dollars previously with a AAA discount with standard and they charged me 90 dollars that time without warning me, with mandatory full synthetic. Worst experience ever. Never go here.
