I took my daughter’s 2023 Charger to Heights Auto today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Mike took phenomenal care of the car and made sure everything was in top shape. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my daughter will be safe everywhere she goes.

Comment : My Jeep broke down in the Eastgate area and I needed a tow. AAA came through with a winner! Sam from Day Heights Auto called to see what was wrong and update me on his ETA. He was super nice and very helpful. Would recommend him and use him again if needed.

Comment : Reliable transportation is very important for my care. Over the last few years we have had car trouble requiring lots of repairs, tows and eventually getting new vehicles. Through that process, we have always used Day Heights and they have been very honest, dependable, affordable and quick! I love that they have loaner vehicles so we don’t skip a beat while getting our service. Today we are taking care of our AC that hasn’t been working properly and you all know how hard things can be for me when I get overheated. They had a loaner ready for us, got us checked in and out the door within minutes and the AC works great in it! Very thankful they are so close and I don’t have to miss out on any of my daily activities because of car issues. Highly recommend! P.S. I love that they offer us a military discount for my dad’s 22 years of service. I review businesses from a disability perspective.

Comment : I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Day Heights Auto in Milford. From the moment you walk in, you?re greeted with genuine friendliness?it?s the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and taken care of.

What really sets them apart is how they treat their customers. Even though they see people all day, every day, they still remember me and make every visit feel personal. That level of attention is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care.

John, in particular, is absolutely outstanding. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly, answers every question with patience, and makes you feel confident in the care of your vehicle. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and in helping people.

They don?t just do the basics?they go the extra mile without being asked. One visit, they ran a full Carfax service history on my vehicle, printed it out, and reviewed it with me to ensure I was in a safe and reliable car. That kind of proactive care is something you just don?t find everywhere.

On top of all that, their pricing is very fair and transparent. There?s never any pressure or upselling?just honest, quality service you can trust.

Every single time I?ve gone there, they?ve exceeded my expectations. I continue to be more and more impressed, and I will absolutely keep spreading the word. Day Heights Auto is hands down one of the best customer service experiences I?ve ever had.
