Comment : Their customer service and compassion is to notch. We literally just left from having our truck serviced there and I wanted to give them raving acknowledgement. The team calmed our nerves as we come back to VA 2x a year but love elsewhere now. We got told by the DMV our inspection sticker was out of date and despite living out of state with VA license plates, we need an updated inspection ASAP. We were panicking because we leave today. But thankful, Dave's team understood and took care of us.

Also, this is the most thorough inspection we've ever had in Virginia and everything was explained. We never felt pressured as the staff was honest about what was important to complete and what could wait. Thank you all so much. We will definitely be seeing yall the next time we are here and need any vehicle care. But, in the meantime, we will spread the word on how amazing you all are. Thank you soooo much!

Phenomenal Professional with a myriad of automotive knowledge. True Talent in an environment that requires automotive expertise. Comment : I went to get my car’s state inspection done and the ladies at the counter were welcoming and knowledgeable of my appointment. The sitting area was nice and cold which was awesome because it was hot outside that day. The service was very professional and quick even with them having a lot of other customers they were assisting. 10/10 definitely recommend and I will be back for my state inspection to be done or if I have any other car concerns.

Comment : The only place I'll go to for state inspections. I'd recommend everyone gets a state inspection here. Yeah, their prices are a bit high IMO. But, then again, they don't push you to pay for services or fail you in a ploy to sell repairs. So, I'm happy with them.
