Comment : The mechanic explained the repair in a way that was easy to understand, without unnecessary technical jargon. I felt more informed about my own vehicle after leaving, which made future maintenance decisions easier for me.

Comment : I kept hearing water sloshing around behind me. It sounded like it was in the floorboard. I took it to Davids based on referral. It was already after 4 PM. I thought I was gonna have to leave it overnight. They gave me a courtesy Ride home. Within the hour, they called me and diagnose My RAV4 with water in the rear door panels. Evidently there was a seal that was not allowing the water to drain. They fixed it and we had some great conversation. They gave me a full list of everything they checked out. They were so thorough! The guys in the office as well as the guy that gave me a ride home were super nice! I highly recommend this place!!

Comment : This place is a scam. look at all the 1 star reviews on here. They have the same consistent complaint--multiple "diagnostic" fees on top of each other, with hugely over-inflated quotes. Many folks didn't even end up getting their problem fixed and a few even caught them in their lies. They probably inflate their prices to pay for all the fake click-farm 5 star reviews. I see you David's.

We tried to get our AC fixed, but they told us we needed to spent 16K to flush all our turn signal fluids because they "do things right" Give. Me. A. Break. That car has 200k miles on it.

They told us it was the freon, but when we got the car back, we checked the levels and they were fine. While I was waiting in line to give them the $250 they swindled from me, I heard Brad say to another couple that "because your problem is so special, we need to spend twice the amount of time on diagnostics so we'll have to charge you double."

We stopped service because we smelled something fishy. It looks like others were not so lucky.

They behave like a dealership —super high “diagnostic” fee. This place is fine if you have a brand new car, but if you’re just trying to squeeze a few last miles out of an old car, they’re gonna try to get you to pay them more than your car is worth.

Comment : Comprehensive, detailed and ex excellent service. They do everything related to automobiles. Even for the very few items they don't do themselves, they can subcontract them out but own the entire repair scope themselves. Highly recommended.

Comment : I had such a wonderful experience at this shop! I have had many terrible experiences with so many different shops with terrible communication. Brad was very welcoming and did such a wonderful job explaining how they do work at this shop and explained every step of the whole process on my vans maintenance. They are very organized and even have a link for you to see photo updates and they even check everything to make sure you know what problems the vehicle has overall!! Not to mention they will update you before you even think about asking for an update!!! I definitely will come back again for my other vehicles! It is such a GREAT shop 10/10??
