Recently, I received a notification that the parts were in to do the recall work.Now it took me nearly two weeks to receive a return call to arrange an appointment date. When I finally received a call three days ago for today the 8th of October at 1100am. Prior to this time I received two text messages and a number of reminder emails.Today when I arrived for my appointment, I was told they didn't have any more of the parts. This is a disgrace I'm now waiting for the GM of the dealership to call me. Hope it's not two weeks. Stay away if this how you run a business. You can't fix stupid. And this Service Advisor had a shit eating grind on his face. No one ever called me back after I left three messages. I have to call back another time to actually make an appointment and I confirm with the sales advisor that the online coupon advertised price for my oil change will be honored and to bring that coupon in. I’m also going in for two recalls that the Lincoln app notified me about in my phone. The service advisor asked me for those recall codes and I gave them to him. When I show up for my appointment I am told I didn’t need to come in for those recalls they are just warranty information on California emissions and the coupon that I provide that I verified over the phone was applicable I was told that was not valid for my car and the price for my oil change would be triple that price. My last oil change there was almost half this price. I sent a Facebook message to the dealership and someone was supposed to contact me from management and they never have. I receive a text message asking about my happiness of service and I text them back the lowest rating possible and no one has ever contacted me. I left a Facebook post that I was extremely unhappy with my service and tag the dealership and no one has ever even acknowledged it. I will never, ever be back to the dealership for any kind of service. I was also talking to someone in the waiting room about their horrific experiences with service at this dealership of a tire falling off their truck as it was driving out of the dealership after service and someone forgot to put the lug nuts on.
