Comment : For the past 6 years I’ve been taking my 2013 RX350 exclusively to Dave’s in Round Rock. From the second I walk in the door Jason makes me feel like an old friend. These guys are above all trustworthy; you know exactly what work needs to be done with photos to prove it! I’ll be going back for all future maintenance and repairs.

Comment : I am completely disappointed with the service I've been given with this company. I took my car in for a check engine light being on. I took "They " claim to have fixed it , few days later, the light came back on , I took it back and was charged again for the same damn code. They got the light off the second time, few wks go by i take it back for the same code now they quoted me $2204 out the door and they don't know what it is, just guessing. The whole time, none of the technicians checked any fluids and that lead me and another shop to notice that the transmission fluid was out. That alone will cause the check engine light to come and read another code. People choose wisely who you choose to service your vehicle because Dave's Ultimate Automotive Round Rock is not the place

Comment : Very upsetting to know that the company that i put my trust in let me down. I been dealing with this check engine light since May 2025 and every time I've taken my car in to be checked its always fine,,I leave a few days and it comes back on , again, im being charged. The entire time they never checked my fluids , transmission mainly which was completely dry but they playing the guessing game to get more money out of me. The last time I went I was quoted $2204 for catalyst converter out the door , but mind you they never checked the fluids again. People, if you put your car in the shop don't leave until you read everything that "they " said they completed.

Comment : Incredibly friendly staff all-around and a welcoming interior. They were super communicative and accommodating, the new customer discount is definitely a bonus. Was able to get everything looked at and replaced rather quickly, will definitely be returning to these wonderful people again for any future concerns and whatnot.

Comment : Poor customer service. It was basically the service manager that I dealt with. I've dealt with another service manager in the past that has always been so good, but the last few times I have been assigned to another manager who is newer and didn't know my car history and took a very long time to give me an update (over 2 hours) on what my car needed done. He also didn't apply a discount that I was supposed to receive, but the other manager pointed it out and he adjusted my bill. I just felt like after being a customer for many years, I was not treated the same as in the past. Anyway, I traded in the car for a new one after my visit there and will be going to the dealership instead of Dave's Ultimate Automotive for the next several years.

Comment : Had another great experience with Dave's in Round Rock. What you can count on is for the team to communicate with you and really get to the root of the problem. We had a very unusual issue with our shifter for our 2017 MKC. They took the time to fully diagnose the issue and get it repaired. Dave's is my go to for the last 25+ years and they have kept my 2004 Navigator on the road with over 200,000 miles. Thank you for your honesty and communication. Keep up the great work.
