Comment : Jos? with Customer Service worked with me on what was the most important maintenance to be done on my 2016 HRV at this time and scheduled the best time for both of us. He thankfully was able to provide a loaner. There was good communication throughout. I was very pleased with the service that Jose gave and the work that was done. They are kind and professional!

Comment : Brought my mom’s 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan with a wheelchair lift to Dave’s Ultimate Automotive after the AC died. Next day I got a full report with photos and video showing what the AC needed plus other recommended maintenance.
Jose called to confirm what I wanted done. No pressure at all. They just laid out the facts and waited for my OK. I passed on spark plugs and air filter since I do those myself, but had them replace the shocks and struts to fix the bouncy ride.
Honest, transparent, no upsell. That’s rare. I’ll be back and I’d recommend Dave’s to anyone. AAA and first time customer discounts available.
