Work demands made it impossible for me to work remotely, so I had to Uber to and from the office every day while stressing about whether my car would actually get fixed and the cost. Despite all that, the team at Dave's delivered. They kept me informed throughout the process, took the time to diagnose a potential issue, and when that didn't solve it, they didn't cut corners. Instead, they dug deeper to find the real problem and got it resolved with their ingenuity, no shortcuts, no sweeping things under the rug. As the part did not original resolve the issue, Dave's did not charge me for the original part that didnt resolve issue or the original labor fee. I'm not sure if I can say with confidence that OTHER automotives shops would have done the same. I really appreciate doing business with honest and ethical people, and that's exactly what I experienced here. I truly hope that continues, because if it does, they've got a customer for life. Even when I move father away, I'll make the drive back.
