Comment : It was a rough week -- my car was in the shop at Dave's Ultimate Automotive in Pflugerville for several days. Work demands made it impossible for me to work remotely, so I had to Uber to and from the office every day while stressing about whether my car would actually get fixed and the cost. Despite all that, the team at Dave's delivered. They kept me informed throughout the process, took the time to diagnose a potential issue, and when that didn't solve it, they didn't cut corners. Instead, they dug deeper to find the real problem and got it resolved with their ingenuity, no shortcuts, no sweeping things under the rug. As the part did not original resolve the issue, Dave's did not charge me for the original part that didnt resolve issue or the original labor fee. I'm not sure if I can say with confidence that OTHER automotives shops would have done the same. I really appreciate doing business with honest and ethical people, and that's exactly what I experienced here. I truly hope that continues, because if it does, they've got a customer for life. Even when I move father away, I'll make the drive back. I'll choose integrity and honesty over convenience any day -- thank you, Dave's Ultimate Automotive on Pecan Street.

Comment : I had such a great experience at Dave’s Ultimate Auto Care! I came in for an oil change, engine filter replacement, and to have my belt replaced, and everything from start to finish was smooth and professional. They got me in the same day, their entire team was friendly and knowledgeable.

They also gave me a first-time customer discount, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free visit and I’ll definitely be back!

When I provided feedback about this, the response focused on how "every brand has different standards" rather than addressing my concern about advisor knowledge and professionalism. For specialized vehicles like Mercedes, I expect the service team to be confident and knowledgeable about manufacturer requirements, and to handle any uncertainty behind the scenes rather than making the customer question their expertise.

The advisor I worked with is apparently no longer with the company, but the experience made me question whether this is the right shop for Mercedes-specific maintenance needs.'>

Comment : I've been bringing my Mercedes here for service for a few years and the work quality has been fine. My vehicle runs well after their maintenance. However, during my last visit in October, the service advisor asked me what was included in the standard service and then told me he'd have to look it up. Even if he needed to verify details internally, telling a customer this undermines confidence in the team's expertise.
