Comment : I bought a brand new battery and it doesn't work. I have been jump starting my truck since it left the shop. It only starts if I run it every day. If I skip a day it doesn't work and I don't have time to bring it in until the middle of the month.

Comment : Update on my previous four star review! It seems this business has gone downhill!
I usually get an oil change & takes 1-2 hours. BUT TODAY 4 hours later with a 9am appointment previously made my car had not even been looked at! At 1:00 I had to ask if they forgot about me! Ridiculous ,
Now there is permanent grease and dirt all over my car mat! & seat! & They never even addressed one of my issues with tire pressure! I had to call back !
The last oil change 6 mos ago took 3 hrs & They never fastened my spare tire cover correctly after checking the pressure so the Toyota cover blew off and was lost 300$ if I could even find one to match. !! I did get a dome lightbulb !
Not sure if I can recommend this place anymore!

Let me add to this older original review ! I did go back today 11/2025 try again ! only to leave having nothing done ! I Made an appt & called the night before to confirm the timeframe and cost,
Showed up in time & Then my car sat in the lot for over three hours having nothing done after I was told the night before it would be done by2:2:30! I am greeted nicely but then nothing happens ! I wasted my day and was so angry I left .
Time for a new more respectful mechanic .

Comment : BUYER BEWARE: Pricing here is extremely inflated! I was quoted nearly three times the dealership’s cost for a rear brake and rotor replacement using OEM parts. When I questioned it, I was told, “that’s what the computer makes us charge.” Before working with this shop, compare quotes with other mechanics and your dealership — you’ll likely be very surprised!

Comment : The air pressure in my tires was low, so I stopped in, and Mark and his team were so kind - they filled them up for me right away. It was such a huge help since I had my one-year-old daughter with me and I’m eight months pregnant!
