Comment : Decided to try a auto shop in my neighborhood when my engine light came on. I have to say, the service advisor Mark was very pleasant to work with. He made sure my vehicle was up and running and was straight forward with maintenance issues, which I appreciated to ensure that vehicle runs. Was able to drop it off the same day I walked in. Good communication between shop and customer. My car is good for the road.

Comment : Took my 2018 Traverse in for a couple of problems and I was really pleased with how the team at Dave’s helped me. Honest feedback and helped me make the right call. Will be returning with my other vehicle when needed!

Comment : first, not all Dave's are the same - they don't even share the work that's been done on your car. second, I will never be coming back to this Dave's ever again - they will try to suck every dime out of you even when nothing is wrong with your car. long story short - they tried to get me to replace my battery, sending an estimate for a $420 battery (are you for real - it's not even a hybrid, it's a 2013 rav4) + ~$100 worth of labor - for a battery that was still under warranty and was still working just fine. then, also told me I needed to replace my engine mounts and transmission mounts, flush my transmission fluid (just done in April 2025), also said i needed to replace my struts. all of this not even to address the reason why I brought it in - in the first place. so, I took it on over to my usual Dave's on N. Lamar - with tears in my eyes because I couldn't believe what these guys were doing to me. Dave's on N. Lamar made it right, did a complementary diagnostics for me and told me my car was fine. Meanwhile S. First had given me well over $5k in estimates. These guys are doing people dirty and I hope you don't fall victim. Check the estimates - do a price check on parts and know that labor is ~$150/hour and check to see how long a job should take. I can't believe these guys are getting away with this. Shame on them and the disgrace they are giving to the Dave's Automotive franchise.

Also, when I got my car back, there was a huge scratch on it. THANKS.

Comment : I had rodents eat some wires under my hood, and Dave’s turned a stressful situation into a breeze! Being out of a car for a week is never fun, but they kept me updated on progress, pricing and I never doubted that my vehicle was in good hands. I will never go anywhere else again
