Comment : I got an oil change at Dave’s.
My experience at Dave’s was pleasant. Everyone was friendly and transparent with the needs of my car. They have a stocked fridge with beverages in their waiting area. They gave me a reasonable estimated time for when my oil change would be done, which I greatly appreciated!

Comment : Dave's ultimate rip off - I brought my Tacoma in for an intermittent stalling issue and ended up wasting time and $143 on a ?diagnosis? that didn?t diagnose anything. I told the clerk, Joe, repeatedly that the symptoms pointed to the Idle Air Control valve, and they completely ignored that. They couldn?t reproduce the stall, didn?t check the IAC, and instead latched onto an old EGR code I?ve been driving with forever with zero issues.
Their big solution? A $2,500 EGR repair that didn?t match the symptoms at all. It felt like they didn?t want to actually troubleshoot the problem ? just push the most expensive repair they could justify. I walked out and took my truck somewhere else because I?m not paying thousands of dollars for guesswork.
This shop wasted my time, wasted my money, and didn?t listen to a single thing I said. I won?t be coming back, and I wouldn?t recommend them to anyone who wants real diagnostic work instead of upsells.

Comment : Didn?t know what was wrong with my windshield wiper fluid hoses. They realized they had just become disconnected and were able to reconnect the same day we requested they check them out. The best part is they helped me out free of charge. Some
places could have easily charged me $250+ to diagnose the issue. Finding trustworthy auto shops get all the stars!

Comment : I highly recommend Dave?s Ultimate Automotive on South 1st. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and stayed exactly on the projected schedule for my truck repairs.
A few things that really stood out:
? Convenience: They provided a ride to Enterprise so I didn?t have to worry about an Uber or a scooter, which was a huge help. They even offered a loaner vehicle toward the end of the job when my rental return date conflicted with the pickup?I didn?t end up needing it, but having the option was great service.
? Communication: My primary contact, Mark, was excellent. He actually listened and understood my concerns regarding the specific work my truck needed. Brad also followed up with a thoughtful message after I got the vehicle home to make sure everything was running smoothly.
? The Little Things: The text and email updates throughout the process are a great touch and kept me in the loop. Also, after a long walk over to pick up my truck, the coffee and beverages in the waiting area definitely came in clutch!

Comment : Was referred to this spot by a colleague and was so glad I came here. I had a bad experience the day before at another shop and was feeling frustrated. These guys took good care of me and my car and got my AC working again within a couple of hours. The best part is they set expectations on timing and price from the start, called me mid way through the work to let me know what they found, what it would cost, and how long it would take. Communication is KEY is any business and these guys understand that. Will definitely bring my vehicles back to these guys. 10/10.
