Comment : We were in the need for an emergency oil change before we made our drive down to Florida. Dave’s without a days notice was able to get the car in taken care of and back to us on the same day that we were gonna head down. Not only were they friendly, but they were also quick and professional they reset our oil life monitor gave us a sticker to know what date and mileage the next exchange would be due.

Comment : From the moment I got in the welcomed me the young man behind the computer apologized twice for the computer being slow and then proceeded to be most efficient and getting my car in for the inspection. The place was clean and mode n, the work very good on my car, and I strongly recommend Dave's Auto of West Chester.

Comment : If I could I would 0 stars. My daughter bought her car there. Took it back this year to get inspection done and they said 704 for 2 rotors and they can not get her until next week. Yes she paid the inspection bc we taught her pass or fail you have to pay. Took it to mavis and had all 4 rotors and new breaks on 1049. In less then 2 hrs. Took it back to this place to check the work is done and told her they need to reinsert it. Umm no that's not how it's done. They saw a young college student comming and thought they could get over on her again. Until her dad had alittle talk. We will never go back to them ever again. Watch it bc if your a woman and quiet they will take your money and run.

Comment : I took my car to Dare Automotive for some bodywork on my car. I figured it would be there for a while . So also asked them to give me a transmission fluid change and an inspection . Since it was up in July. They had my car for a month. I had to constantly call for an update. Was always told that they were still waiting on body parts or approval. Or that my car was next. And that someone would call me shortly. Every other day I would have to call because no one called me.
Then I finally get a call on a Friday saying my car was done but there was any issue with my power steering. And that they would take a look at it. I said ok. Then asked was my transmission fluid changed and car inspected. They said no that they would do that also. The next Tuesday comes around and I still have not heard from them. Not to mention I had a rental car and they did not update the insurance company that they still needed to hold the car. So I had to reach out to them to extend my rental. I finally got fed up and told them I would pick up my car. None of the other service were completed. And when I went to get in my car. It’s like they left the windows open while they did the bodywork . The inside of my car was full of dust. They seemed to have no urgency to get my car done or any of the work I asked to be done. Very unprofessional!
