Comment : Had a steering gear box replaced that failed one month later. Was told to mail it back for a refund (we live out-of-state). Weeks later and still no refund, the manager would not return my call and the service rep. ghosted me. Had to file a dispute with my bank.

Reply to owner: Had any of that been communicated (back in August), I would not have needed to file a dispute with the bank.

Comment : I scheduled my inspection for today at 9 am. I had a courtesy shuttle to a local coffee shot so I could take a meeting. Amazing that this was available. They were done within the hour. I was back in my car in no time. Amazing the service and attention to detail of everyone who I worked with at the shop. Highly recommend.

Comment : As always, Dave’s Auto did not disappoint. We took our car in for inspection and they did not tell us these “mystery things” that needed to get repaired for our vehicles to pass. It’s so nice to have a place where you don’t get cheated.
