Comment : We have been bringing our Subaru vehicles to Evergreen for some time. The service experience is always good. Times can be longer, but they tend to be busy. The garage is enormous so they handle a lot of vehicles. It is incredibly clean and tidy for a sevice station which tells you they take the work seriously. Definitely schedule a loaner ahead of time if you are going to need one.
My wife and I just purchased from them for the first time. We were treated very well and had the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Dana, Jeff, and Eric were thorough, curtious, and most importantly friendly. Bye-bye sleezy car salesmanship.

Comment : I had an amazing first-time car buying experience here with Justin Ambrose. We met in the dealership, had a quick chat about what I was looking for, and went for a test drive. He answered all of my questions and met me where I was at, never tried to upsell me or anything like that. At times I forgot I was purchasing a car, it really felt like having a conversation that just happened to be taking place at a dealership.

Everyone I interacted with on the sale was very professional and made the experience as seamless as possible. I'm very happy with my new Crosstrek!

Comment : I had my car serviced on Saturday, 3/21/26. I had a concern with one of my tires. I worked with Nevaeh in the Service dept. She was very professional and helpful. She explained my options, and what they could do. Everything was address and taken care of! Thanks!

Comment : In August 2025, I was just prepping to leave my vacation in Maine when my Subaru had suddenly developed major problems on a Friday night. I had it towed to Evergreen, who was the only dealership in a 100 mile radius that would even consider taking a look at the vehicle that Saturday when we were due to leave. Josh and the team at Evergreen helped to quickly diagnose the issue with the transmission and communicated with my home dealership 500 miles away to help get things taken care of. I should have written this review at the time, but even many months later I?m still so appreciative of the swift care and communication they extended to me at a really stressful time. Thank you.

Comment : I have to tell you. I worked at a dealership and I have never seen a company that treated us with such professionalism and courtesy like this. From the time we walked in the door, Colby took great care of us. We bought our used 2020 Outback from him ( Colby is now is service) to Jake who did our financial paperwork (after hours). In the service department we had the pleasure of Colby of course along with Andrew (assistant service manager) and Mike. I also requested to speak to the prep department. When Colby lifted the hood to show me, the engine department was spotless, like it came right off the assembly line. I was so impressed that I requested to talk to the General Manager. I met Chris Dunn and expressed to him what a what a fantastic team he has built. What a pleasure it is doing business with Evergreen Subaru

Comment : I had a great experience getting a new 2025 Forester Hybrid with Dylon Peavey and the rest of the team at Evergreen Subaru last November. My first visit was a quick walk-in after a grocery run, when he greeted me, and we casually chatted about the car options and the buying process. At the time, I was very wary of the whole buying process, but it felt comfortable having a chat without being pushed. Over the next few months, I did my research and made a few more visits with my wife. Since I had put in my email on some car websites, Taylor also reached out over the phone, and she patiently went over the differences in financing, buying, and different models that I had many thoughts about.

Once I felt confident about my path forward and decision tree, I set up an appointment with Dylon, and once he realized I had done my research, he was happy to talk directly about the bottom-line numbers. I was also trading in my old car, and while it took some negotiation and rechecking of my finances, I was happy that the whole process was professional, friendly, and not your stereo-typical out-to-scam-you misadventure that I went through buying my first car 3 years ago in NJ. The optional add-on and extended warranty experience was well explained and also not pushy.

After a smooth handover, Dylon continued to reach out to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. I went back to the same location for my first service date and had a similarly great experience waiting in their comfy lounge area.

Thank you, Dylon, Taylor and the rest of the team! Stay Awesome.
