Comment : We were traveling through Maine when our 2020 Outback had a TCV issue the day before a long drive back to PA. Evergreen Subaru’s service team was amazing — Amy got us scheduled quickly and Jim went above and beyond to make sure the repair was done fast and kept us updated throughout. They also caught a cam carrier oil leak that needed warranty attention, which we never would have known about otherwise. Truly outstanding service and such kind, professional people. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Highly recommend Evergreen Subaru!

Comment : Extremely Disappointed - Stay Away

We bought a brand new 2025 Subaru with 0 miles on it. Less than 11 months later, we brought it in for its first inspection and were told we already needed new tires.

That alone was shocking. But then they quoted us almost double what every other shop charges.

When we asked how that’s even possible on a new vehicle, they didn’t offer any real explanation—just asked for proof of tire rotations and moved on.

We expected better from a certified dealership. Instead, we felt pressured, dismissed, and upcharged. We’ll never use them again, and we strongly suggest you stay far away too.

Comment : They forgot to put the inspection sticker on my car when it passed inspection and I paid. I called and they said come on back we will give you the sticker. Then they said no we cannot because when it was inspected the registration was valid, but now it was a few days late. Even though it was their mistake. It would have been nice to learn this on the phone call. Extremely poor communication and they forgot the sticker so I had wasted time to go back two more times over a sticker.

It is far superior to any of the others in my local area both in quality, professionalism, and care whether you are buying or getting service done.
