Comment : I am incredibly impressed with this dealership! The entire team was kind, honest, and trustworthy from start to finish. I had a wonderful experience working with Taylor True, who made the process completely seamless and stress-free. It is rare to find a dealership that feels this transparent, and I will absolutely return here to buy another Subaru in the future. Highly recommended!

Comment : Came to evergreen for our 3rd Subaru purchase from them. Brandon was super helpful and communicative the whole time, entertained all our questions and even communicated with the 11 year old answering all the questions or comments she had and showed her all the features she had in the back seat while on the test drive which made her feel included. We also dealt with Erik in finance, which we actually had him as a salesman last purchase. As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door and then Erik took the time to greet me by name as we were walking by. That's not something you get at other dealerships. We will 100% be back for our next car.

Comment : Shady is this Dealership! If I could leave a 1/2 star rating I would. Went to buy a vehicle for my son. Asked to have my VERMONT state tax, title & registration fees to be included. They said they never have done that. Well Jared the sales manager and Abbie the salesperson were not willing to work with us at all. My son picked out a decent vehicle not anything outrageous (2016) they told him his credit score was fantastic but it didn't drive the payment, money down was what he needed. He had a trade which he is upside down in. It's not an unrealistic situation.. believe me I would know. They wanted $9k to make this work. Instead of helping him, they cut him loose. Sorry big mistake. Mom works at a car dealership in Vermont and you guys suck! Never suggested anything for him. Never worked with him after we said no to that kind of money down. What a waste of your time going to this dealership. They are NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU! My son was referred to this dealership saying that they were good to work with.. what a lie that is! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Poor quality of salesmanship, she was worthless. Didn't want to deal with us when the pressure was on and she ran to get backup when I said everything is negotiable: The worst part every vehicle he wanted to drive hadn't gone through the shop or it was sold or wholesale car.. So what do they want to sell people? Why would you want to wait a few days to pick up the vehicle you might have been able to buy. So they can put it through the shop and charge you more at the end. Careful that is a real way to upsell new brakes or whatever it might need. Yeah wrap it right in to the price of the vehicle and drive the payment up higher! You guys are crooked! Very shady dealership

I just could continue to explain what had gone on, but at the end of the day, A dealership I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from. Definitely Not from Abbie

Comment : Husband went to look at truck for son was told he could only work with one person tried to make several attempts and sold out from under them. Worst customer service ever. Do not use them or buy from them. Out for themself.

Comment : Evergreen Subaru is awesome! This was my first time buying a nice car at a dealership. They didn't have the title when I decided I wanted the car, and during the week that I was waiting, without the rewarding feeling of a new vehicle, I decided I needed a lower monthly payment and that I wanted to look at different cars. I went back in and instead of trying to sell me on the high payment, Angie showed me less expensive cars. I was quite fickle and Angie ended up helping me figure out how to lower my monthly payment so I could afford my dream car! I was also assisted by Dana, who showed me the car the first time and he was super knowledgable about the vehicles specs. The finance manager was super kind, and there was also a new sales agent who went on the test drive with me who made me feel more at ease my first time working with a dealership. I truly don't have any reason to try another dealership down the line. Evergreen is where it's at! Thank you all!!

Comment : I was looking to purchase a used vehicle from the as-is lot. I live a distance away in another state. I waited for the vehicle to be inspected and decided I would purchase the vehicle. I called the dealer and started the process. I needed the vehicle towed so I began the leg work of getting quotes. I received multiple quotes called. And settled on one. I called the dealership back provided my ID and called them on video call. Everything went smoothly until payment. I asked to pay via CC they said they wouldn't accept. In fact after they checked with the manager they said we do not want to do the deal. No reason provided. I spent a few days getting this deal done and they just decided nah no deal for you. Horrible customer service. Stay away.

Comment : I can't say enough about the good service I received at Evergreen for my Outback. They were responsive, professional, helpful and friendly. Their work was thorough and I trust them completely. I had to drive half an hour to Auburn from Brunswick, and it was well worth it. Christine Chamberlain
