Comment : These people were god to work with when we purchased our Forrester but man their service dept needs some work. So we had a inspection done there and tried to us that it was our fault that we didn’t get any service done there ( we had everything done there and had receipts) so they weren’t gunna cover the tires that we only put 15-20,000 miles on . And then when I stood up and said something then they got Subaru to cover 2 tires ( better than nothing I guess) . Also if you are gunna over a express service option but then when u go and try to schedule for it ,because I don’t want to just drive up and pray they can get me in, and not have a appointment until the end of the month or beginning of may , then it’s not express is it.

Comment : Very very poor customer service had mechanic drive over 1 houf each way to look at vehicle was told on Thursday he would be in on Monday assured if sold i would be notified. Mechanic looked at gave it a yes, I let sales person know daughter and I would be in purchase on Tuesday we drove over an hour each way to be golc oh sorry someone pug money on it Monday night. I'm like what the heck was never asked to put money down. Was told he d be there got there salesperson had day off. So I just called now and get a different story telling me deposit was put on it even before mechanic went to go look at it seriously and no call to apologize for their mistake take accountability for your actions/mistakes. Communication with this dealership sucked big time. If I lived closer and mechanic did that's one thing but no, over 1 hr each way and that was mechanics time. Time is money and gas we wasted. Seriously you guys should be ashamed of yourselves manager didn't even get off his a** to give apology. Salesman had ALL day to call today and voilc havd called yesterday to say he would not be there
I'm being nice not mentioning the name.

Manager called back with an apology and will speak to others that were involved in this sales deal that went wrong agrees it never should have happened.
Will keep me in mind if another vehicle similar to the one my daughter was suppose to and had planned to buy that day comes along. Let's see where this goes from here. Thanks for the call. I almost didn't answer as too many scam calls

Comment : Dealt with some sketchy people here who could not up hold being honest with me. Bought a used Lexus from them which I saw visibly had damage and felt the vibration. It was said to be a bent rim. They replaced “said” bent rim after trying to get rid of the car as fast as possible stating that was the vibration cause. Got the new rim and it’s a different color, already damaged inside and just went to a shop to find out it probably is bent as well. Not willing to do anything for me in trying to fix it and just make a quick buck. I’m supposed to ship the car and the title information hasn’t even been processed. Tech apparently knew about the information and hid it from the sales person. Stay away from this place. They aren’t honest and will try to sell anything by covering it up to make some money. Not what I expected from a dealership let alone a Maine one.

Revised: GM Chris did end up paying for a new OEM Rim and brakes and rotors that were at 2mm not 7mm as they stated and the check engine light that came up for a purge valve after only having the vehicle a month. I will give it to Chris he made it “right” but I still don’t recommend this dealer due to the fact none of this should have happened in the first place. Vehicle still has a small vibration that’s unknown at highway speeds.
