Comment : My husband and I went to look at one of their wholesale vehicles, and were helped by Ryan Kadnar. The vehicle we were originally going to look at had sold, but after chatting with Ryan we decided to peek around the wholesale lot. He was incredibly patient, kind and transparent with us about all of the vehicles we looked at. He went above and beyond and allowed my husband to give a lengthy and thorough inspection of the vehicles we were contemplating purchasing. We took up several hours of his time, but he remained kind and helpful the entire time, even when our toddler got cranky and bored, and we did end up leaving with a vehicle. We did not feel at any point he was just trying to make a sale, we felt that he was truly trying to help us find a vehicle that would work well for us in our price range. Highly recommend working with Ryan at Evergreen Subaru!

Comment : I didn't expect to get financed due to my bad credit. But I was approved and in a vehicle I could afford, quick. Everyone was great to deal with and the purchase was easy. They were still waiting to receive the title to the vehicle I purchased and I got a free loaner until the title came in, so I didn't have to keep driving my old car which had 2 worn tires. Great place, Great people.

Comment : Service has failed me multiple times, in life threatening manners. They failed to do a simple tire changeover and my wheel blew off the car 20 miles later during operation on the interstate nearly putting my life in danger. The Subaru brand batteries they have given me are junk and I’ve had two warranty replacements in 1.5 years.

Cherry on top is they messed up a tire changeover AGAIN in late 2024. 5000 miles after their mistake, my 2017 outback doesn’t feel the same, it wobbles, it’s broken. They refuse to acknowledge anything could have been damaged.

I asked for a deal on a new outback and they offered the same price being advertised online… slap in the face.

Would not recommend taking any vehicle here for service. Sales? Be prepared to pay sticker - even if they ruined your daily driver.

Comment : We had a great buying experience here yesterday, picked up a new 2025 Outback. Jason was awesome to work with, we never got the feeling that we were being swindled or rushed. He was patient and there to answer all of our questions. Would definitely come back for another car in the future.
