Comment : I used to work here and live some of my past co-workers here but this place really isn't the place to go to for anything except the Bodyshop, but only if covered by insurance!!

Comment : Service not completed Ford and Ford Pass don’t communicate. Still have a vehicle that says it’s going into deep sleep mode! It’s almost incompetence to know this is an issue and give someone a vehicle back with errors. Now we take more time out of or busy life and waste it repeating the story multiple times!
Forward facing customer service for Ford I would say zero if I could because that’s what I’m left with.

The lack of service provided to fix the truck or put me into a new one is absolutely mind boggling. I'm not sure if this is how all customers are treated but it's uncalled for.
On top of not getting it fixed after 5 months, I'm still waiting on the second key I was owed since one of them upon taking ownership was broken. The truck has been back several times and not once was this addressed.
During this 5 months, truck has not been fixed and communication has been extremely poor. I have even had to service the truck and pay for the oil change out of my own pocket because according to the used car sales manager Daniel Flanagan "Dave smith Ford doesn't do that" when asked if I could at least get a free or reduced price on it after traveling to and from dealership so many times over several months
On top of that, when the truck came in for service the check engine light was on. When I got in it to leave, the check engine light was still on.

Extremely disgusted with the lack of service from Dave Smith. I bought a truck back in November. After 36 hrs my check engine light went on. I contacted my salesman to get it in. He promptly got me in and scanned the truck and said it showed no code, he cleared it and sent me on my way. Since then, my light has been on and off over 20 times. It's been back in to be reassessed and worked on twice. Still I encounter the same problems and it's getting worse.

Comment : "I bought a car from Dave Smith Ford in December 2023, advertised as having working air conditioning. That spring, when the weather warmed up, I discovered the AC didn’t work at all. I took it to their service desk, explaining that I shouldn’t have to pay to fix something advertised as functional. They didn’t outright refuse, but they kept putting me off and gave me the impression I’d be stuck footing the bill. Since then, I’ve been bounced around between multiple employees, with no resolution or even a follow-up call. Months have passed, and I’m still stuck with a broken AC and no accountability from them. At this point, it’s clear they have no intention of fixing it at their cost, which is completely unfair. Terrible customer service—avoid this dealership if you want a hassle-free experience

Comment : Went with son, formerly in car sales, to get a trade in price on his truck.Interesting place. No offices, just cube-land so we could hear and see everything.What we heard: "he was in the business so he knows how this is played.". "Ok, then give him this price."So...if he DIDN'T know "how this is played" it would have been a different price??? Oh, and their resale value they claimed was also a couple thousand lower than reality.I know this is how car dealerships work, yadda yadda... But seeing the dishonesty firsthand is disgusting.Went with son, formerly in car sales, to get a trade in price on his truck.Interesting place.
