Comment : Went with son, formerly in car sales, to get a trade in price on his truck.Interesting place. No offices, just cube-land so we could hear and see everything.What we heard: "he was in the business so he knows how this is played.". "Ok, then give him this price."So...if he DIDN'T know "how this is played" it would have been a different price??? Oh, and their resale value they claimed was also a couple thousand lower than reality.I know this is how car dealerships work, yadda yadda... Comment : Brought my vehicle in for a battery replacement, which I was told is covered by another Lincoln mercury dealer. They agreed also later I received the phone call that it is not covered because the battery in the car was not a Ford battery. In fact it was they just lied I got no invoice. No communication.
