Comment : We test drive around the parking lot and when we finish Austin D is accusing us of hitting a curb . We told him to check the camera. The vehicle was not even inspected yet before we drove it. Very bad customer service . He didn’t treat us right. We will not buy or recommend this dealership. Very disappointing

Comment : I purchased my first car from Mungenast St. Louis Acura this week and the experience compelled me to post a review. My sales consultant was Andy Simmons and when I arrived for a test drive appointment, he had already had the car pulled up to the side of the showroom ready to go. I inquired about contradictory stickers on the car where one indicated the car came with no warranty and the other one said it had a 12 month powertrain warranty. He immediately honored the sticker with the warranty. He also displayed trust by allowing me to test drive the car alone which I appreciated. Some dealers insist the salesman accompany you on the drive. After deciding to buy the car, Andy helped me acquire very favorable terms on a car loan so I did not use a home equity line of credit as planned. When writing up the paperwork, I noted that the processing fee was higher than what the specified on the internet listing for the car. Again, Andy impressed me by honoring the lower price even though it appeared to be a case of the internet verbiage not being out of date. He had the car cleaned while we were doing paperwork and after providing some quick signatures with the business manager Rich, I was driving the car home a little over an hour after arriving, which is truly amazing.

Andy was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honorable, and most importantly, low pressure. It was a pleasure dealing with him. The dealership is highly efficient and very well run. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience in my 45 years of buying cars. I highly recommend Andy Simmons and Mungenast St. Louis Acura.

Comment : Best/easiest experience I have ever had buying or selling a car!! The people at this dealership are amazing and so very nice. My husband died a year ago and I have sold 5 cars and purchased 2 in a year. To say I was NOT in the mood to sell this last car and buy my new one is an understatement, but Jacek sensed my no BS annoyance and was determined to make me happy. He is so so nice, again everyone there is- even the finance/ warranty guy is a dream- quick and no BS!! When I bought my new Honda Odyssey last year, it was torture. I was at the dealership in Cincinnati for an entire day, it was literal torture. At Mungenast Acura I pulled in in sweats, test drove four different cars immediately, had my pick of the stock, traded in my van and bought a new MDX all in a matter of three hours. MIRACLE. Comment : Awesome service department. I had some cosmetic/interior issues with my Integra that I wanted addressed when getting an oil change. These issues were blown off by Frank Leta s service department during a prior service appointment there. At Mungenast, they brought a tech up to go through the issues with me personally. I am thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and not ignoring my concerns.Awesome service department.
